Filtering time

Hello, I am not new in brewing, but before I always used raws from same supplier. But now, because of coronavirus and shipping problems I bought testo enanthate raw from other supplier and now it is a problem. I am doing everything same way as always, 250mg/ml, same temperature, same filters, same vacuum, same BA and BB percentage, but filtering is 10x slower than always and membrane filter is blocked after max 50ml of juice. It's going fast (normal) maybe for 20-30ml and then slower and slower.
I normally used one membrane filter for 150-200ml of oil, because after that it's getting slower, but now with this raw I must change filter every max 50ml, because it's tragic slow.
What could be the reason? Low purity of powder, or it's too wet or too old?

I was brewing before many powders, testosterones, nandrolones, trenbolones, drostanolones and it was never so slow like now. Temperature of oil, filter, vacuum etc is same as always, problem is with the powder, but what reason? What could I do to make it faster?

Just had the same problem with some test e. Ended up throwing it away because it just wouldnt filter.

I also went with a differnt supplier this time...curious if that's our problem.

This make me sick. I will try to heat powder in oven before brewing to make it more dry and hard. What is max safe temperature for dry heating the powder?

TheY changed the methods of making enanthate now so it’s really hit and miss. I advise to hold it at 100 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes then allow to cool down and you will have fully dissolved and chemical free enanthate. (A chemical they use to make it needs cooking out as this is what causes the pip). Enanthates melting point is about 36 degrees but you could cook it at 200 Celsius and not damage it. And you should have no problems filtering

I'm not sure if the raws I used were bad so I wont shit on the vendor. I got new raws and tried again and didnt have any problems at all.

I think it might have been my BB that fucked it up. It was expired for over a year and seem to be a little more like syrup than usual.

Bro, I was holding finish oil in 120 degrees for 30mins like I always do, but it still filtering shitty. I am thinking about dry heating it before dissolving in BB and BA to make powder drier.

I have a one more question. I am heating ir in 120 degrees for 30min and its still shitty filtering and painful shots. But when I checkec temperature of oil after 30min in oven its only about 75 degrees. Air in oven is 120 degrees but oil is only 75. Maybe I should heat it up to 120 degrees of OIL and then filter?

Test E always filters slower than others. I usually run it thru a .45 micron filter and the thru a .22. During the .45, the prefilter membrane gets clogged pretty good. I have a tool I use to gently scrape off the membrane prefilter, then it runs good for a bit, it helps

I always use .45 micron, but this one raw is going crazy slow and its still painfull after filtering. I wonder about heat it up to 120 degrees temperature of oil, because when I use 120 degrees in oven then oil is only about 75 degrees after 30mins

Il be honest with you I made some test 400 test e/test c using my own usual method And it still hurts like a bitch for pip. I think test e just sucks now

Test E has given me a lot of problems n the past too. Due to low melting point I degrades faster than most other compounds. A couple things help.
1. ALWAYS send for testing when I get it
2. Store it in the fridge to preserve it. Small fridge with a big dehumidifier silica pack, made for gun safes.
3. Avoid ordering during summer months

What type of filters or filtering systems are you guys using?
Heating it up to those temperatures wont solve your problems. Heating it up too much can ruin the hormone.
