Final offseason cycle before prep for spring shows

Starting my final cycle before getting ready to prep for spring shows. Coming off an 8 week cruise on 175mg of test sust weekly

Stats:
Height: 6’1 1/2
Weight: 260lbs fasted
Bf% maybe 15%

Classic physique weight cut off is 232lbs for my height. This will be my second time competing, first show was August 2022 so I’m a little over a year into an offseason. Needed alot more mass for frame and I have a naturally wider waist which may make classic physique not possible. This isn’t my career just a hobby I’ve dedicated myself to so if it turns out shape wise I don’t fit into classic I’ll have to reassess my goals.

All gear is from Goodlyfe
Cycle:
150mg test sust eod (525mg weekly)
160mg mast E eod (560mg weekly)
Tren A will be used later in cycle if progress plateaus probably not higher than 200-300mg weekly for 6 weeks.
4iu GH daily
Test and Mast might be increased to 600 and 800mg respectively
I’ve never titrated doses before, my coach uses this approach so we will see. I’ll shut it down early December for a health phase before starting prep.

Currently eating 5 meals daily
Roughly 100g of carb, 50g of protein, 18g of fat per meal.

Was eating 6 meals a day pulled it down to 5 to give appetite a chance to recover so they will start to get increased slightly soon.

Training is basically a push pull legs with an additional chest exercise added to each leg day.
Cardio 15 min stair master level 6 post workout.

These photos don’t scream that your waist is a problem. You just need some more development especially in shoulders, tris from the front, adductors, and overall back thickness but mostly erectors/lower.

I would consider “spring” too close to be starting a blast now though.

Late summer early fall after you factor 16-20 week cycle, 8-12 weeks off, and a 16-20 week prep.

No reason another 10-20lbs can’t make this a solid CP package. I’d watch your conditioning though as it isn’t a fantastic starting point.

This is the heaviest/fattest I’ve ever been for sure. I had always lowered carbs to basically nothing on rest days and stayed a lot leaner. This is the first plan I’ve had where i eat the same every day. Also my first time using GH, I think it’s been about 6 weeks now. Definitely added a good amount of water.

For reference these were back in the spring in the high 240s fasted

Waist is totally fine, just grow baby grow. Thicken up that back and legs.
 
266.6lbs body comp has been improving. Appetite feels much better than it did during the cruise. When I first added GH I got very watery and bloated looking. Training hasn’t been great this week as I got sick early last week and was pretty wiped out. Getting back to it now.

Have been extremely busy so I have not been updating. Dealt with a bad chest cold for 2-3 weeks in October but didn’t miss meals and have continued to progress. Recently my body comp has been improving while adding size. I feel like I’m passing the previous sticking point.

Currently at 277lbs fasted with very visible abs. My concern is being able to make the 232lb weight cap for classic physique but I still think it’s within reach.

The only change in cycle is the addition of 50mg of tren ace every other day. This is the lowest dose of tren I’ve used as in the past I have always done 100mg every other day. It’s been extremely effective as all my lifts have increased and I look better visually.

Earlier in the cycle I dealt with some ED likely from the masteron and aromasin reducing my e2 too much. I dropped the AI and recovered my erections within a couple days. I don’t notice any signs of high e2.

Only side effects are a flare up back acne with the removal of the aromasin and then later with the addition of the tren ace. I’ve had back acne on and off long before bodybuilding. If I would go hiking with a pack on my back would break out I think it’s just something I’m prone to. The worst points for me are the transitional points coming off trt onto a cycle, going off cycle onto trt or adding a new compound. The flux in my hormones makes it flare. I inject every other day whether on cycle or trt to try to keep it as stable as possible. Likely after this cycle I will try a low dose of accutane and see if I can get rid of it for good.
