Hello, all. I’ve been an off and on reader of this and like forums for about 2 years now and finally decided to get back in the gym after several months of life happening and not having time (energy) to go. I was never into bodybuilding or becoming a monster just workout to stay fit and eat what I want. Time to change that though! My plan is to get back into my routine, hit a wall and then power through with my very first cycle. So I’m just here to learn along the way from people with experience and try not to reinvent the wheel.
