Finally Providing Intro - Long Time Lurker

Young 44 year old here. Currently sitting around 215 lbs., at 6'2". I have been lifting consistently since 2018 and learning as I go. No plans to compete. Just focused on building a strong, lean build, and keeping it sustainable long term.

I cut from 235 down to about 210 last year and am currently running a Test C, NPP, and EQ cycle (currently on week 4 or 5) with the goal of adding clean size while keeping health in check. Training focus is steady progression.

I have been blasting and cruising for around eight years and consider myself experienced. Also got into homebrewing some years back. I am especially interested in continuing my education around compounds, cycles, peptides, health management, and smarter long term planning.

I have been a long time lurker and finally "joined" mid last year. I am here to learn, ask questions, avoid mistakes, and contribute where I can (Although, I'm typically fairly quiet :cool:). I respect the depth of knowledge in this community and plan to take advantage of it the right way.

So, with that said, hello everyone, and I'm looking forward to learning from everyone here.
