I've been on TRT now for about 9 weeks now, getting my 10 week labs on Friday. Based on what I expect to see on those labs, I expect to be able to do a first test minicycle/miniblast.
I have been on 21mg/daily (147mg/week) which I dropped to about 3 weeks ago with my 6 week labs showed a 1490 total test. Once I have these labs for the TRT clinic checkup, I plan on jumping on to 250mg/week for about 8-10 weeks to see what my response is and how I handle things. I also plan on throwing some anavar to close out that mini blast, expecting 20-30mg/day depending on response.
I have been actively working out and increasing my cardio daily to 3 25 minute sets. Fasted on wake, at lunch, and while not the most consistent, I try after work but pre-workout on training days. On the workout days I will push the fasted workout to about 35mins instead of 25 mins just to be sure I hit my goal for the day, and my lunch will also be bumped to 30 mins....hence the inconsistency.
Still working on a Upper/Lower split M,Tu, Th, F. As my intensity/weights have gone up on legs, sometimes that 2nd leg day is on Saturday, depends entirely on recovery.
Ive been working to optimize my labs, so HDL i'm expecting to see around 44-47 range, LDL is hovering around 80, and total cholesterol has been around 135. Kidney function is back to 123 eGFR, and liver enzymes are very consistently at the lower quarter of the range. So, depending on what I see on Friday's labs, I'm expecting to be "clear" to jump onto this mini blast.
Any advice or throughts on this plan?
