Whats up guys and gals. Just thought id share my cycle, see if i can be consistent with a log. So just a quick run down . My last cycle was with geneza sust 270 (2cc/week). I was always in pain from pip, but i got pretty good resuslts . Went from 217-230 in the 12wk span. all my lifts were up, i fell in love with the feeling. I did do blood prior to that my test levels natty were 409 ttl . Long story short i paid an arm and a leg for my gear, to have my connect go on vacation with out giving me a heads up the 2week into letting the test clear my system. so i crashed hard! let that be a lesson to those who want to cycle for the 1st time. get your pct shyt then your gear. So now i getting my gear for my self. This cycle is a 12week (test cyp , prop and tren a) blast, followed by a 8week (cyp) cruise, and another blast lasting about 12-16 weeks of test and nnp/deca mayb dbol as well then off for a few months. Dont judge me for using an exel sheet im a very visual person haha.

5'11" 219lbs, the goal is 180 ive been to 160 from 230 but that was 3 years ago and had no muscle so cutting isnt new to me .
