[First Cycle]12 Week (24kpharma) Test-E Only w/Pictures

Hello everyone, I will be logging my first ever cycle.

I am 27
Around 6 years on and off workout experience(Did only calisthenics my first 3-4 years)
5'10.5
182lbs @ 13-14% BF *Guesstimate*

Current Measurements No Pump
41 Inch Chest
33 inch Waist
16.20 Inch Arms

Goal during cycle:
Gain 8-10lbs of LBM

Cycle Layout:

24kpharma Test E: weeks 1-12 200mg/mL *1.25mL per shot, Mon/Thurs = 500mg a week*
24kpharma Pharma grade arimidex: on hand if needed

Post Cycle Therapy
24kpharma Pharma grade nolvadex: weeks 14-17, 40/20/20/20

*Pharma grade clomid weeks 14-17, 50/50/50/50 (Currently undecided if I will be adding this to my PCT)

Did my first pin today @ 1.25ml few hours ago on my right quad. Used 18 gauge to get test-E out and 23 gauge, 1 inch, to pin.

I literally stared at the needle and probably picked it up and put it down about 5x before pinning it. I was extremely nervous, but as soon as I pinned I felt no pain at all. Aspirated it and saw 2 little air bubbles and just decided to push the plunger anyway. I took my time pushing in the Test-E, probably around 20 seconds. Took needle out and no blood. My quad now is slightly sore but just barely.

I have officially joined the darkside.

Thanks bro, just good lighting and pump = always more impressive in pictures lol.

My training consist of working muscle groups 2x a week.

  • Monday: Chest / Triceps
  • Tuesday: Back / Biceps
  • Wednesday: Shoulder / Traps
  • Thursday: Thigh / Calves / Abs
  • Friday: Chest / Triceps
  • Saturday: Back / Biceps
  • Sunday: Shoulder / Traps
After 2-3 months I switch to this and repeat.
  • Monday: Biceps / Triceps
  • Tuesday: Chest / Shoulders
  • Wednesday: Back / Traps / Lats
  • Thursday: Thigh / Calves / Abs
  • Friday: Biceps / Triceps
  • Saturday: Chest / Shoulders
  • Sunday: Back / Traps / Lats

My diet when I took that picture was a cutting diet. Basically only ate 2 bananas or 4 pieces of whole wheat bread for carbs for the day. And just made sure I consumed at least 190grams of complete proteins, mostly chicken/tuna and whey isolate shakes.

Obviously during this cycle a lot of things will change. I will be bulking so I will be upping my calories by quite a bit. I will also be slowly increasing my volume and intensity as the weeks go on for training.

No rest days. When you're doing low volume I am strong believer rest days not required. My Rest days is when I sleep for 9 hours everyday at night.

Hey, if it works keep it up. Seems a lot of the bodybuilding guys train 5-7 days a week. Just make sure you listen to your body if you ever start feeling beat up from it.

Woke up today with a pretty bad PIP on the quad where I pinned. Could barely walk at first, i'll live though.

I did the first thirteen weeks of my cycle with 24k test cyp and had zero PIP. I got more about a month ago for this last three weeks, also 24k cyp and the PIP has been terrible every time. The first couple times I thought my technique was off, but I just did my fifth injection with the new stuff yesterday and I've had a painful lump every time that takes a few days to go down. I heat the oil, massage the area after, put a heating pad on it, still rough. Someone in the 24k thread said he switched oils recently to one that has less PIP. If that's true it seems like it's had the opposite effect for me.
 
Yeah holy crap this PIP is annoying. My girlfriend is asking why I am limping everywhere haha. I took 600mg of ibuprofen, hopefully it helps some.

Going to do shoulders on next pin, heard its less PIP.

Good luck on your cycle. You are going to enjoy it. Looks like you have prepared nicely and put the time into learning as much as you could. (I know you have because I've read your threads)

It will go away. You may want to keep pinning that same spot once a week instead of switching already because the muscle gets used to it. The first few pins I ever did I thought I was crippled for life. Next few were sore, then the next few after that... Nothing
