First Cycle- ADVICE

Compounds/ Dose/ Frequency/ Week

Tren A/ 50mg./ ED/ 1-10
Test P/ 25mg./ ED/ 1-12
HCG/ 500 i.u./ E4D/ 1-11
Prami/ .25mg./ ED/ 1-10
Arimidex/ .25mg/ EOD/ 1-12
Nolva/ 30/30/25/20 13-16

This is what ive come up with for my first cycle. Ive done some research and decided that tren was the way to go. im looking for advice as to when to take the prami/arimidex/hcg and if nolva is enough for pct.

If you are 25 or older, run a simple test E cycle for your first one. If you are too young, just eat more food.

Curious as to what you found during research that makes you think tren is the way to go for a first cycle.
 
Im in the medical field and have some good experience with needles. Ive run test P before to see how it affected me, but dont concider it a cycle without the other steroid. Im trying the test P with the tren now.
 
whats the benefits to eod with test, and would you keep the tren ed, im most worried about agression with the tren and hope this may keep it lower
 
You can double the dose of both test and tren to eod, but since you don't mind pinning everyday I guess its the same. Benefit is that uoure not pinning everyday. Who's gear are you running?

Not sure of the source to run yet. I have friends who buy from Naps, but am a bit weary about the shipping. I know a few guys at the gym that sell, but dont know if they have good stuff or not, and if its sterile (sterile technique is impossible if your not in a lab, and my job makes me afraid of infection like no other). If you wanna pm a source thats g2g for a newb it would be greatly apreciated, but due to my newb status dont feel obligated
 
What are your stats bro? I'm guessing you are only 22yrs old. Are you already on this cycle?
Im 22. Been training since 14. 6 foot. 175ish. Low body fat (eight pack year round even when im doing gomad with oil added). Bench 315x8. Dead 405x8. Just got a friend who was a college strength coach for years and totally changed my squat form, so im down to 225*15.

IF you're going to do it just run test.. Take advantage of those virgin receptors while you can and save the tren for when you're no longer getting the same results from test..

I really don't believe you'll have more gains adding the tren anyway.. Think about it, if you gain 25lbs from you're first test cycle do you think you're going to gain 27lbs adding tren?

Keep it simple while you can, 350mg test p/week will yield great results. Good luck..

Do you count your calories? Are you looking for size or strength gains? Sounds like you need a lot more calories in my opinion. At your height and weight I would say goodbye to your abs and eat a lot more food bro. At your age just eating 6500 calories a day you can blow up just like if you were on steroids.

I count my calories. When im below 3500 for a day ill compensate by putting a chicken breast and white rice in the blender and drinking it down until i hit at least 5,000. Ive been bulking for the last 8 months now, and have hit a wall with strength increase. I dont so much care about aesthetics right now, im just trying to get as strong as possible.

From what i understand, and i could be very wrong, the receptors are either gonna in the test or tren, and if the tren is 5x more anabolic than test, wouldn't it make it a lot better to use the tren?

Not if you haven't really run a cycle yet!! Imagine if you've never had a drink but want to get a buzz.. 2 beers will easily do that, why overdo it and develop a tolerance??

Start out simple and slowly add things as you continue to cycle.. Don't overdo it..

Haha. I thought I was the only one who has put chicken breasts in shakes. It's fucking thick but it works.
 
What's the recipe?!?
Original was called the poundstone shake, which was 2 pounds of chicken in 48 ounces of water. That is too much protein at one time for me, probobly just shitting it out, but i put rice in there for carbs cause i hate eating my carbs. So my recepie is 1 chicken breast, cup or two of rice. Put in blender. For flavor at a splash of cranberry juice.
