First cycle and my pre cycle bood work results

done all the research, had great advice, had my first blood work done pre-cycle at the pump clinic in Manchester, got my gear.

Age - 33
weight - 13 stone 2
BF - 15%
good experience with training and diet.

My blood work is below and all came back good and they said im good to go for my cycle:

Follicle stimulating hormone - 3.7 (range 1.5 - 12.4)
luteinising hormone - 5.1 (range 1.7 - 8.6)
Oestradiol - 112 (range 99 - 192)
sex hormone binding globulin - 35 (range 15-47)
test - 15.4 (range 10-35)
prolactin - 199 (range 86-324)
LDL Cholesterol - 1.54 (range 0-2)
total protein - 75 (range 60-80)
total cholesterol / HDL ratio - 2.07


My first cycle starting on Monday is:

week 1-10 - test E 300 (300mg/ml) - 175mg Monday & Thursday (starting at 350mg p/w for my first cycle to see how I react)
week 1-10 - Armidex - 0.25mg e3d (will change if needed after mid cycle blood work)
week 2-10 - HCG 3 times a week @ 250iu
week 12 - start nolva & clomid PCT

supplements on cycle:

NAC - liver/kidney protection
myprotein Hurricane Xs (creatine/protein/HMB Blend)
omega 3 fish oil
glucosamine
My protein exceed (BCAA drink pre/mid training)
Propecia - hair loss prevention (I don't have any sign of baldness anyway but its an added precaution to help block the hormones on the scalp)
My protein CLA tabs

Diet on training (im not aiming for massive bulk, going to try keep lean and build some good muscle)
This is based on a good food plan from a really good personal trainer that's a friend

calories - 3200 Every day
carbs - 40%
protein - 40%
fat - 20%

In the next few days ill be measuring my biceps, legs, chest and will post the measurements, ill then keep a journal on a weekly basis to see how I go.
 
Cycle log: FIRST CYCLE

Day 1 Measurements:
Chest - 41"
Bicep - 16"
Thigh - 22.5"
Waist - 33"

Using test 300/1ml(180mg twice a week mon & thurs) Perfect jab in the left delt, zero pip and arm/shoulder in good form today in the gym with no restrictions. Trained back and abs,obviously no big improvement in weights but defo had the buzz to get in the gym asap to push it hard. Going to take body measurements once a week on a Monday.
Diet is clean, 3700 calories per day and macros are 50 protein / 30 carbs / 20 fats.
Considering having 1 or 2 calorie deficit days a week but still unsure yet.
 
2nd jab Thursday - right delt went smoothly again and zero pip, no restrictions when training again and went football training that evening with an hour and half high intensity circuit training,no issues.
Trained legs Tuesday, upped squat from 100 to 125kg
 
Annoying....just spent 15 mins doing my full journal for this week and it says I've taken too long I posted this ^^^ by mistake.ill do it again later
