Started my first cycle at 300mg of test E. Had bloods done 3 days ago (week 9 mid cycle).

Alarming results with LPA (lipoprotein) being at 144 nmol/L (75 is considered high)

CRP is at 8.1 mg/L

My diet is very clean, eggs, oats, potatoes, 90/10 ground beef, chicken, rice. I eat that every single day. Everything weigh out. 3200 cals. I trained hard and track all lifts 5 days a week.

300mg test E
3.5mg Reta
10mg cialis

Not to sure where to go from here. Here is my bloods

I made myself a supplement protocol list to go on from here on out. Let me know your thoughts anything helps.

Any idea what your highest LDL has been?

Have you lost significant weight?

Lp(A) is bad, but it’s a risk “multiplier”. It makes LDL stickier.

With LDL below 60 though, there’s not much plaque “raw material” to cause damage.

But if it was significantly higher in the past, the guidelines call for immediate action based on your Lp(a), starting with a calcium score.

It could explain the high CRP.

Plaque creates a “necrotic core” of dead and dying cells that are inflammation factories, becoming a vicious cycle because inflammation accelerates plaque buildup.

Or it could be transient infection or your gear contains heavily oxidized oil.

Didn’t even noticed you replied to this.
So I hopped on gear in August. I had bloods done in May when I was still natty my LDL was 50. Then I had bloods done in July and my LDL was 56. Mid cycle bloods is what u see above my LDL still at 56. I had bloodwork done multiple times in a short period cause I was in the middle of getting hired at a job and they did bloods on me.

Yes I guess u could say I “lost significant weight” I started a weight cut at like 200lbs and got all the way down to 174lbs. I was running 4mg of Reta to achieve this. This was over the span of like 2.5 months.

Calcium score has looked good in all previous bloods I have had done. Lmk what you think!
