My first was 400 mg Test Cyp and 100 mg Deca per week for 10 weeks with 30 mg D-Bol per day for first 4 weeks. I had great results. I'd recommend waiting until you've been back in the gym at least a year before you start a cycle. Get your body and joints back into the groove of training again, and then hit it. Diet is still 85-90 percent of the game, even on gear.
