I'm curious about your thoughts on Test E vs Test C vs Sustanon. Also, for PCT any particular reason you suggest Nolvadex over others like adex and clomid?
Test E vs Test C personal preference I feel Test c stays in your system just a little longer than Test e but could be bro science.
Sustanon varies depending on suppliers dosing. Traditional Sustanon 250 usually has shorts Esther's that should be injected a little more frequently to maintain steady blood levels.
Some guys prefer Test Prop for less water retention with all the other benefits of Test just depends on preference, cycle and goals.
Some Sustanon comes in 350 which usually consist of both Test e Test c and maybe some prop this type of Sustanon can be treated like long Esther Test with less injections.
Nolvadex best anti estro for pct traditional protocol can't go wrong with can be stacked with clomid.
Nolvadex is one of the best to go for when it comes to staving off possible side effects of having too much estrogen in the body like gynecomastia and hypertension because it has the ability to stimulate the pituitary gland to rev up its production of the luteinizing hormone (LH) when used properly and consistently during PCT. When LH levels rise in the body, the testicles translate this as a signal that they need to produce and release more testosterone, which basically helps start you off on the right track to normalize your hpta.
Clomid works by stimulating the pituitary gland to release a more than usual amount of gonadotropins, which have a direct effect on the production of the FSH and LH.
The more LH and FSH are produced in the body, the faster testosterone hormones are also released in the process. This helps pick up the pace on realigning the hormonal imbalance that usually takes place after cycling with anabolic steroids and prohormones.
Adex better to be used on cycle to prevent or cure any gyno type symptoms. Adex lowers circulating estrogen levels (by around 60% or so) where as Letro elinates them completely. We know testosterone isn't the only important hormone in our system
I mainly just go by traditional protocol and outlines
