I"m not an expert, but i'll chime in.
What are your stats, lifting experience, bf%, lifts?
1. Diet is a must when trying to gain or lose weight..you have to track that shit! Figure out what your calories are to maintian your current weight and drop them 300-500 until weight loss plateaus, then drop them generously to continue the process.
2. Keep lifting hard and change up your cardio to HIT some days, keep in mind that the more you burn the more you can eat, and the less you burn the less you can eat.
3.I'm pretty sure most people would say to NOT use aas to get lean first, you should get down to 12-14% and see where you are and go from there. What's your bf approx?
4.I've never used it, but clen isn't a miracle drug and shouldn't be used excessively.
Apparently 4 weeks on 4 weeks off is acceptable and not going over 100-120mcg daily.
As i said i'm no expert!! But generally those are some things anyone should follow when tryin to cut. Goodluck on getting shredded though man best of luck!
