Please take a second to give me your input. I've been lifting hard for one year (started at 175, currently sitting at 205). All I have done this past year is read (nutrition, training, phs, etc). My progress has been very good imho. My diet is and has been dialed in very well over the past year although lately I'm struggling to gain lbs. Training 45-60 mins 5 days a week currently. I'm 24 yo, 6'1" 205 lbs 10% bf (at most). I would like to know what you guys think a good first bulker cycle would be for me. Please give me your input. Thanks in advance.
