Hey what’s up guys. This is my first cycle log. Please bear with me and any good advice is greatly appreciated. I’m trying to get the most out of this cycle and every cycle from here forward. I feel like this is my most informed cycle you could say. I’m trying to continue gaining more knowledge as I continue to follow my journey.
When I started this cycle (4/26/22) I was weighing in at 230lbs. I’m 6’3 and my pinch test was a little higher than I like it to be being 15%
I am currently 3 weeks into this cycle (5/14/22). I’m stacking Test C & E, Mast and Adrol. I also have a pretty solid health protocol in place.
- Week 1 I ran the Test C at 400mg/ week. Mast at 200mg/ week and Adrol at 40mg/ day. I take the Adrol about 30 mins before my workouts begin.
- Week 2 I ran Test C at 200mg/ week, Test E at 250mg/ week. Mast at 400mg/ week and kept the Adrol mail from at 40mg/ day.
- Week 3 is the same as week 2. My pinch test (5/14/22) came back at 11%. The test seems to be helping shave off a couple percent of body fat like I was hoping it would. Between that and trying to train as hard as I safely can to maximize my cycle. Heart rate and blood pressure have been holding good these first few weeks as well.
I’ve seen a noticeable difference in my strength and endurance in my workouts both hitting weights and in my martial arts. My weights that I rep have gone up each week on every lift. I'm not trying to go too extremely high or fast on upping my weights to where I end up hurting myself. I've had a handful of injuries throughout my life from lifting that I'm not trying to repeat. I’ve noticed my fighting endurance has increased quite a bit and it doesn’t matter what size bag I’m training on that sucker moves more than it ever has. I haven’t seen any negative sides yet. I do see my veins getting more vascular. My arms, shoulders, back, legs, everything seems to be growing. So far I'm happy with my results. I'm not sure if I'm missing anything important. Like I said I gladly welcome any good advice I can get for either training, my cycle or using this log I greatly appreciate it.
