First cycle log. First aas cycle in a long time.

Hey what’s up guys. This is my first cycle log. Please bear with me and any good advice is greatly appreciated. I’m trying to get the most out of this cycle and every cycle from here forward. I feel like this is my most informed cycle you could say. I’m trying to continue gaining more knowledge as I continue to follow my journey.

When I started this cycle (4/26/22) I was weighing in at 230lbs. I’m 6’3 and my pinch test was a little higher than I like it to be being 15%

I am currently 3 weeks into this cycle (5/14/22). I’m stacking Test C & E, Mast and Adrol. I also have a pretty solid health protocol in place.

- Week 1 I ran the Test C at 400mg/ week. Mast at 200mg/ week and Adrol at 40mg/ day. I take the Adrol about 30 mins before my workouts begin.

- Week 2 I ran Test C at 200mg/ week, Test E at 250mg/ week. Mast at 400mg/ week and kept the Adrol mail from at 40mg/ day.

- Week 3 is the same as week 2. My pinch test (5/14/22) came back at 11%. The test seems to be helping shave off a couple percent of body fat like I was hoping it would. Between that and trying to train as hard as I safely can to maximize my cycle. Heart rate and blood pressure have been holding good these first few weeks as well.

I’ve seen a noticeable difference in my strength and endurance in my workouts both hitting weights and in my martial arts. My weights that I rep have gone up each week on every lift. I'm not trying to go too extremely high or fast on upping my weights to where I end up hurting myself. I've had a handful of injuries throughout my life from lifting that I'm not trying to repeat. I’ve noticed my fighting endurance has increased quite a bit and it doesn’t matter what size bag I’m training on that sucker moves more than it ever has. I haven’t seen any negative sides yet. I do see my veins getting more vascular. My arms, shoulders, back, legs, everything seems to be growing. So far I'm happy with my results. I'm not sure if I'm missing anything important. Like I said I gladly welcome any good advice I can get for either training, my cycle or using this log I greatly appreciate it.
 
If you can, post pictures so we can see your progress, also, why use 2 different types of test?
Yes I will post progression pictures as soon as I can get my technology to work with me. As far as the 2 kinds of test I'm prescribed Test C and I've always been a fan of Test E. A kind of mentor of mine says "test is test" and thinking about sustanon being a mix of different test I thought I would give it a try and see what I thought.

I see you have different weekly dosages for the test and mast. You should pick a dosage for both and stick to that for the entire cycle, no yo yo up and down. I'd do 500 test, i think you said your last test cycle was 400. And yeah, no point pinning c and e, pick one.

40mg adrol is a good conservative dose, how long were you going to run it?

Thank you for the advice. Yea I had different doses between the first and second week on the mast and the test. I hadn’t realized I could safely double my mast dose from 200 a week to 400 until after we had chatted so I made that change and as far as the test I had the c on hand being at 200/ml so I used that the first week while waiting for the test e to arrive. Once it did I had wanted to switch to the test e but being that it’s an enanthate I knew it would take longer to fully saturate so I thought it may be beneficial to keep with the test c the first couple weeks. Sounds like there wouldn’t be much difference though. That being the case I will stick to the test e and at 500 a week. The 500 was my number I was planning on running once working the test c out. I will go ahead and make that adjustment this week. On the anadrol I’d like to run it for 6 weeks but that will depend on what my blood work looks like. I have some labs coming up the beginning of June that I had planned on asking your advice about once it was done.

Finally got my phone to cooperate enough to get some pics up too the first one is from the day before starting this cycle with no pump. The second, third and fourth are from ending week 3 with no pump and not flexing.

Hey what’s up guys. I’ve been meaning to post an update on this for a couple weeks now. I’m 3 days away from week 7. At week 5 I added DHB to my cycle. I had also forgotten to write in my original post that HGH was apart of my cycle from the beginning.

I started the HGH at 3iu per day. At the 4 week mark I went up to 5iu per day. I’m using the DHB eod at 100mg dose. Test and mast I’ve been keeping even at 500mg a week. I’ve been very happy with my progress through this cycle so far. I’ve seen a big increase in the intensity of my workouts, a decrease in my recovery times and I’m able to spar and live roll for longer periods of time while still feeling fresh and having good amounts of strength and energy. I’ve also noticed gains in my calf’s, my back, my arms, my shoulders.

When I did my pinch tests yesterday (6/12/22) I was at 10% body fat which I was very excited about.
