On a side note i changed up my leg routine. Now when i use machines instead of using both legs at the same time i go singles & it really seems to be working better. Much better burn at a fraction of the weight.

Ok i took a couple days off of writing in my log just because i wanted to get a better perspective. I can honestly say without a doubt that the ment has kicked in (after switching to ed pins). The change in my body is happening daily, round full muscles. The guys at the gym have started to notice too.
My arm session from yesterday has them cramping because they were so pumped. The kind of cramping i haven't felt in a long time. I can tell that I'm stronger & the muscles fill up with blood alot faster.
I can't wait to get back in the gym & see how fast i can grow in the next 3 weeks.
