First cycle log

I posted a question about HCG a few weeks back that some of you may remember. Well, I finally started my cycle and would like to keep a log for anyone interested. Also, for those who remember my first post, I have decided to change things up just a bit. I plan to cycle weeks 1-12 and pct weeks 14-16 (can extend if necessary).

This is my first cycle so I wanted to keep it light. I am very experienced in exercise and keep a very good diet. Originally I planned on running test e for 10 weeks @ 500mg, but complications came up and I ended up with 2 vials of sust and just acquired one of test e. So, as not to wasted product, this is what I came up with.

Quick stats

Age: 26
Height: 5'11"
Weight: 185
Body Fat: <10%

My diet leading up to this cycle is included in the attached picture. I will obviously be tweaking it to help bulk, but plan on keeping my carb intake moderately low still in hopes of achieving a more lean bulk. My personal goals are to enhance my physique, not to get too massive and I believe this will help me to achieve that.

Cycle:
600mg Sust per week (pin @200 appx every 2.5 days) weeks 1-8
600mg test e per week (pin @300 2x per week) weeks 8-12
HCG @250 IU 2x per week
Arimidex @ .50 EOD (will adjust if necessary)


PCT:
Tapered Nolvadex/Clomid for 2 weeks


Anyways, I just started yesterday. I front loaded with 500mg of sust into my left delt. Didn't really notice any pip or too much soreness as some people have made it out to seem. Although, I am very accustomed to shots in this area as I received plenty growing up for allergies (not sure if this matters).

I will update as frequently as possible and discuss any changes in energy or mood as well. If anyone has any questions or advice please feel free to message me on here. Thanks, and let's hope this goes great!

Edit: I will be uploading photos as this goes on. I have easily identifiable tattoos so if anyone has advice on how to blur them yet still present good photos please let me know so you can visually track my progress.

You want to research pct more. 2 weeks is not enough.

Do some more research on that and report back with what you plan to do for pct with the exact doses you plan to run for each compound.

Weeks 1-2: clomid 100ed/nolva 40ed
Weeks 3-4: clomid 50ed/nolva 20ed
 
May want to get mid cycle bloodwork done half way. Dial in your e2 if needed and get an uncapped T test to make sure your gear is legit.

After your pct also get bloodwork to make sure your T levels have recovered.

Thank you, that was what I have been leaning towards.if things seem off I will definitely be seeking advice from here.
 
Update:

Two pins in. Not getting much pain in either delt. After first pin, I had what I believe is test flu. Achy joints, slight nausea, overall discomfort. Lasted about 48 hrs.

No energy increases yet. I have noticed a slight increase in the amount of perspiration but that is all. Diet wise, I am doing great. Increase in appetite (but I think this could just be mental excitement). Feeling great and confident I can make this a successful lean bulk. Attached is a picture of my upper body from the day of my first injection. I am hoping to get some better pictures this weekend.

If anyone has any advice, PLEASE share. Thank you all!

Update:

Starting week two. No noticeable strength or energy gains, yet. Appetite is above average, and the scale shows. I weighed in today at 188 and 10.2% bf.

My left glute experienced significantly more pip than either of my delts, which I believe is a technique issue. I am keeping the adex at .5 EOD for now, and have not been noticing any bad sides from that.

Overall, I am pretty optimistic that I can achieve my goals for this cycle. Just really excited for the day it actually kicks in! Can't wait!

I'm logging my first cycle as well in this forum, and oddly enough, I noticed significantly more PIP in my left glute as well. Just posted about that yesterday. I'm 4 days out from my left glute pin and it's still a little sore and tender.

Pinned my quad for the first time yesterday, had a throb in my quad for about 2 hours after that, but it feels ok today.

I'm only 6 days into this cycle though, still probably a technique issue like you said for me as well.

Update:

Almost done with week 2. I'm definitely starting to notice a little more energy in my workouts. My right glute didn't experience nearly as bad of PIP as my left so I am guessing thel technique improved. My body fat has dropped another half a percentage, so I was wondering if u guys think I should drop my cardio routine? Or will I want it in place for when this fully kicks in and I start blowing up?

HOLY SHIT!! That's all I have to say! I woke up today and felt like a completely different person.

My lifts, energy, mood, and libido have been better than normal but today they are through the roof!

Today will be the final injection for week 3.

I tried dropping down the adex to .25 EOD but started noticing some symptoms. 0.5 seems to be the sweet spot for me.

My appetite is insane. I'm up 5lbs and down .5% body fat according to the scale I've been using regularly. I know these can be innacurate, but what I'm seeing in the mirror makes me think this is correct. Currently doing cardio for 10-15min after every lift. Any reccomendations if i should drop it or keep it up? I don't want to hinder gains, but I also don't want to balloon up/gain too much fat or water.
