I'm about 3.5 weeks into my first cycle (Just had my eighth pin this morning) and it's finally getting to that point where the Test E has kicked in. My numbers:
Age: 28
Starting Weight: 165
Starting BF: 10-12%
Cycle:
Weeks 1-4: Dbol 40mg
Weeks 1-12: Test E 600mg (2x300mg/wk)
Weeks 1-12: Aromasin 12.5mg EOD
Notes:
So far, pip has been a bitch, but it's finally getting better now that the muscles aren't virgin anymore.
My current weight is 172.5, so that's about a 7lb difference from day 1. I've been at 3100 calories a day, but i'm thinking of upping that now that things are finally starting to kick in.
How does this look for going forward?
3500cal
225-240g protein
80-85g fat
Whatever's left for carbs (should be around 450g or so)
I was at 170lbs two weeks ago, and weight gain has been slow since then (I'm assuming the first 5lbs was the water weight gain from Dbol).
For training, I'm using a modified PHAT, so a 5 day Upper/Lower split.
Any advice is greatly appreciated!
