First Cycle please critiqu

Since this threads a good place for newbies to ask questions i was hoping you could help critique my first cycle. Fist time using gear, used prohormones from biotest 3 or 4 times. Im 5'8, weigh approx. 214, 10% bf. training 5 years. I'm looking to put on serious mass that i can also harden up at the end, so my cycle idea looks like this:

weeks 1-6 500mg test enanthate
weeks 1-6 500mg EQ
weeks 7-10 winny 50 mg
weeks 7-10 test prop 200mg
weeks 7-10 tren 75 mg

with anti-e's and arimidex scheduled appropriately
 
Your arent going to put on any serious mass with enanthate in 6 weeks. You need to extend your cycle out to alteast 10-12 weeks. Alot of people say Eq doesnt even fully kick in and "get good" till late in the cycle (week 9 or 10). Not real familiar with tren....someone will fill you in. peace bro

You'll be a lot happier if you change it to something like this:

weeks 1-2 1,000mg test enanthate
weeks 1-2 1,000mg EQ
weeks 3-10 500mg test enanthate
weeks 3-10 500mg EQ
weeks 11-13 winny 50 mg -every day
weeks 11-13 test prop 200mg - EOD
weeks 11-13 tren 75 mg - every day

You could extend the last 3 products out to week 14 but 3 weeks should be enough time for you to harden up at the end. Keeping in mind your diet and cardio will actually be responsible for whether you harden up or not.

Your PCT would start the week after your cycle stops.

P.S. This is a higher dosage and more advanced cycle than I would normally recommend for a first cycle however, keeping in mind your stats; "Im 5'8, weigh approx. 214, 10% bf. training 5 years", I think it's appropriate. After 3 months of this, for someone who's already proven they know how to train and eat, you should find yourself at 235-240 and 10%BF. Keep in mind your protein intake will need to be 350-400 grams/day and your calories somewhere around 4,500 +/-, to make the most of the cycle.
 
That cycle looks plenty to me. Keep in mind that you do not need to take megadoses for your first cycle. You will make adequate gains no matter what.
 
i still think the tren dosage is too short, i never feel it until like week 4, i would do the tren for the last 6-8 weeks if you are going to do it at all, but EQ and test would be fine all by themselves for a first cycle.
 
thanks a lot for the help guys. The cal and protein amounts no problem at all. Ive actually been eatin that amount normally. Though this is a big amount, would u recommend both clomid and nolvadex post cycle? or would i be able to get away with one?

If it takes you 4 weeks to feel tren, you must have fake gear. Tren acetate
only has a half life of 2 days, so it's not like it takes 4 weeks to build up in
your system. I can feel it within a couple of days.
