My first cycle will consists of this...
im 5 10 221 right now. about 12% bf
Ive done various prohormone cycles in the past..im 24 years old now...been training 10 years..and have been consistent with the diet since age 15. Thats my background info.
I was planning of a mass cycle to reach nearly 250
this is what it consists of.
10 week
test en 500 week
10 week
deca 300 - 400 week (you let me know)
4 week
dbol 30 mg ed
Now as for PCT and preventing gyno..I have questions
What should I use to maximize gains and prevent gyno
if I have light gyno../ "puffy nipps right now..anything to get rid of that?
I have no lumps whatsoever , no pain, no itching sensation...just lil puffier than normal
Ive done 2 cycles of M1T (methyl - 1 - Test)
I run 2000mg milk thistle ED.
cranberry extract
i take whey pro
glutamine
creatine (only on bulking)
Universal Animal Pak Multivitamin
And eat clean most of the time..I Would say pefertly clean 5 or 6 days a week..just depends.
what would reduce gyno?
its hard to find things..do I look somewhere on here for sources? im new to this forum. Thank you guys for help
