First cycle recommendation

Looking for first cycle recommendations. I’m 45 years old. Been on TRT for 9 months. Have been training for 3 years. Between 5’9”-5’10” -185-190. I think 15-17% BF . I Would like to add tissue but also like to get leaner at more like 12-15%

I lift 3 times a week, sleep 7-8hrs a day, eat 2800 ish calorie, (I may need to eat more ) my supplements seems good. I believe I’m finally getting my training dialed in. Anyway looking for recommendations.
 
Thanks narta, sounds like pretty solid advice, that way I can tell what's going on. ill probably just try to up my Test first titrate up. How much would you suggest for someone new.
 
How often do you lift? Any cardio? Supplements other than trt?
lift 3 days week- 5 days a week cardio ( walking ) , only OTC supplements saw palmetto 900mg,1000mg beet root, 5000iu D3, 400 mg magnesium, 50 mg zinc, 200mg CoQ10, potassium 99mg, 100 mg B6, 250mg B1, 2500mcg B12, 1000mg vitamin C, 2000 mg fish oil, any one men's multivitamin
 
Sound like everything is solid so well done on that. I would either go a bit higher with Test maybe the 300mg-400mg range or if lipid profile and blood figures are in normal range have a look into Anavar(Oxandrolone) for a short 4-6 week run.
