First cycle Test E + D Bol

hey guys running my first cycle right now figured i would do a log to help others out and to get critiqued as well.
stats: 24 years old
height: 5'11
weight: 163
bodyfat: 5%
lifting for 7 years straight.
As you can tell from my stats I'm a hard gainer, I am pretty strong for my size but have alot of trouble putting weight on. I used to be 185 Lbs at my peak weight, due to a car accident and a torn meniscus in my left leg I lost about 20 Lbs. I am very lean, last time i was measured i was around 4.7% bodyfat, Yes I have an 8 pack and you can see any muscle in my body. I have been training for about a year since the accident and my gains haven't been coming back as quickly as I thought they would. My legs are lagging alot from the injury. After getting blood work and seeing my test lvls have dropped slightly in the past year I have decided to try my first cycle with one goal in mind: BULKING! hopefully I can put on and hold 30+lbs, I know this is a ton, but with my muscle memory and diet I want to aim high.

MY Cycle:
wk1-4or 5? Dbol 40mg ED spaced throughout though day
wk 1-10 Test E 250mg wednesday and saturdays
wk 1-10 adex .5mg E3D (will bump it up if needed)
wk 4-12 hcg 1000iu a week? still unsure of proper HCG dosing i have seen many different suggestions.
runnning milk thistle and liv. 52 and atleast a gallon of water a day

pct: 12-16 nolva
12-16 clomid

Diet: 4000-5000Kcals per day balanced out about 600g carbs, 150g fats, 250-300g protein
I am using a calorie tracker. I want to gain as much weight as possible. muscle and fat, i dont care really I can shred up easily.

Training: 4 days on 1 day off repeat
day 1 : back,biceps,calves
day 2 : chest,triceps,forearms
day 3 : legs
day 4 : shoulders and arms
day 5 : off
Repeat

I have already started this cycle. I am 8 days in and already up 12lbs! I know most of it is water. But my strength and workouts have been awesome lately and I haven't had any side effects besides back pumps during deadlifts.
so current stats 8 days in are:
weight:175lbs
bench 8x225lbs
deadlifts 8x245lbs
squats 8x225lbs
 
d bol back pump was horrible during squats today, I only managed to get one heavy set in on squats while going 20lbs lighter for the rest of my sets. I heard taurine will help with this? im going to get some tomorrow. anyways the rest of the workout went smooth not much of a change in weight, still at 175lbs(+12lbs) as of now. havent felt the test kick in yet. most people say you wont notice it until week 3 or 4. going to be pinning for the 4th time tonight in my quad, i have pinned 3x so far. first time in each leg wasnt to bad and each was only sore for like 2 days. the 2nd time in the same leg never even got sore!
 
went to the Doc today, everything is looking good blood pressure was only 106/60 which is nice and low, I always have had a good low BP. he said something about my weight gain as of today I am 177lbs(+14). so as of now I am 14lbs up in 13 days. I'll let you guys know how my back workout goes later today hopefully i'll hit some new PRs again.
 
pinned 250 today today everything went well, easy again. my quads seem used to it already. Hit a pr today in chest 245x8 bench.I'll probably try maxing one rep in week 4 hoping for 315. weighing in at 179 right now(+16lbs in 14 days). I am still really lean and vascular, I haven't been hungry in 3 weeks, kinda used to eating atleast 4k calories a day now, sometimes I hit 5k calories if i wake up earlier :) i finally got some taurine and after taking 4g i had relief shortly after from the back pumps, very happy about that because leg day is tomorrow. ill be taking taurine 4g a day 1 in the am, 2 preworkout, and 1 before bed.
 
leg day was today. I am happy to say i hit 245 for 8 reps. I am hoping to hit 315 squat in week 4 as well. Back pumps were there, but not nearly as bad as before i started taking taurine. They were alot more managable this time and didnt interfere with my workout like before, weight is the same today. also I have been hitting calves everyday because i want them to grow! So to recap what I have learned so far, do not take d bol without having taurine 4-6g a day.
 
As of today I am 182lbs(+19lbs) still in week 3, lifting stats are all up atleast 40lbs in the big 3 lifts. No side effects all I havent felt the test yet though, Im going to keep eating, I bumped my calories to atleast 4300 per day I try to get 5k when I can and hope to hit 200lbs in 4 weeks and hopefully peak around 205-210 by the end(week 10) of the cycle probably lose 10 or so pct. Hoping to keep around 30-40lbs at this rate!
 
alittle water retention which is normal, and very mild acne, it really hasnt been too bad acne wise, considering I had horrible acne when I was younger I was prepared for the worse, but it hasnt acted up at all. just the usually zit or two
 
I wish you the best bro. I remember when i was younger and could eat ANYTHING AND NOT GAIN SHIT....those days are gone ;) good to see that you're making leaps amd bounds.
 
Controlling my water made a big difference in the painful back pumps I got from dbol and adrol. It's said to drink a lot of water and it helps. I believe it's because the more water in, the more water out. Less water in the area means less pressure when pumped.

Try to bump up the water intake and possibly raise the dex a bit if the pumps are giving you trouble. It seems you put a good bit of water on at the beginning. Good to see the taurine has helped a bit.

I ran i.m dbol amd hated deads...i hated the back pumps but loved them at the same time. I would be bent over and my bro's would be laughing at me, little did they know. I knew that shit was legit as fuck by these crippling ass mofos!!
 
Just left the gym after leg day and weighed in at 183lbs(+20lbs) in 20 days. I am pretty amazed by how much weight I have gained so fast. I think my muscle memory definetly played a part. The back pumps were there today again with my heavy squats, not too bad but there. Might try upping my water intake to a gallon and a half and see if I get any changes

I found for deads, when the back pumps are unbearable, start with lighter weights and a slower negative. It might still end up being to much but it will give you more time before it's to bad so you'll have some TUT work in and the switch up to the slower negs will have you feeling it in the morning.

The back pumps were there today again with my heavy squats, not too bad but there. Might try upping my water intake to a gallon and a half and see if I get any changes

Strength is starting to shoot up now, yesterday I deadlifted 315 for 6 reps, also did wide grip lat pull downs with 220 for 8 reps all with good form. Weight is still around 183Lbs. Happy to say I didnt have any problems with back pumps today, felt it alittle after my last set of deads but it wasnt to bad and went away quickly.
 
Today I hit the scale at 187Lbs(+24Lbs from start!) just a day away from the end of week 4, Still have an 8 pack and good vascularity. Sides have been almost nonexistent, I have only had back pumps and solved that by supplementing taurine at 5g a day. I am hoping to hit 210lbs by the end of this cycle guys, I came into this expecting to gain as much as I have so far from the entire cycle, At this rate I am blown away by my progress, of course diet has been key. Lately I am getting about 4.5k calories, Macros are: 150g fats, 500g Carbs, and 250g Protein.

Don't get discouraged if gains slow down. You're going to have to eat like a madman when this cycle ends to hold onto some of these gains. Good luck the rest of the way.
 
at 188lbs(+25lbs from start) as of today, all of my lifts have gone up a ton and I am stronger in every exercise. The acne decided to kick in this week, not too bad but noticing it on my lower back and tops of my shoulders. Today I squated 275 for 6 reps, pretty happy about that. Think I might rep out 295 next leg day, other than that things are going smooth, started my hcg at 1000iu per week, 500iu x2 per week same day as my test injections.
