First Cycle. Test E only. Health/progress etc

Hey guys just posting this here for anyone who'd be interested but also for me to keep a good log for myself as well.

I started on the 8th of Nov. but I'm just getting to this now.

Nov. 8th (1st pin) (.8ml 200mg)
Went smoother than I thought. Didn't take me long to get to it but I did make a few rookie mistakes. (forgot to wipe top of vial, injected too fast, and aspirated but not so properly). the next day it hurt a lot more than I anticipated (right glute) but I didn't worry too much because I didn't have any symptoms of signs of an infection or anything. i attributed this to obviously virgin muscle but also pushing it in too quickly. next day it hurt pretty bad too but the following day after that is when it really hurt. felt like my muscle was so tense and tight. the next day i was fine no pain at all and ready to go.

Nov 11th (2nd pin) (.8ml 200mg)
Made sure I fixed all my mistakes from last time. went nice and slow and aspirated properly. the pain was again the same as last time. figured since i used left glute this time that it was again "virgin muscle" so I felt the same.

Nov 15th (3rd pin) (.8ml 200mg)
Injection went smooth. No pain at all next day. however I didn't go to the gym the folloowing 2 days when I was supposed to because I just felt so lethargic. didn't feel like I could put a workout in. also a few days prior i was getting the night sweats and feeling hot but idk if it's just me getting paranoid or what now.

Nov. 18th (4th pin)
Had to pin a lot later then I would've liked to (it was almost midnight) doesn't reallly matter too much but I'd like to be more consistent with everything. the pumps a couple days before this and today have been nice. feeling a little more stretched when I'm pumped and I've also been lifting heavier than usual which I'm kinda attriubting to placebo and me just pushing myself harder because I know I need to. woke up today (the 20th) and my ass hurts like hell again!!! idky last time it was fine. we'll see how it goes tomorrow

let me know what you guys think and if anyone is following along.
i have ai on hand and i will run standard clomid dosage for pct

educated lifting for 4 years

thanks for checking it out. the AI I will be using is arimidex. I must've made a type because I will run both clomid and nolva. as far as PR's go I'm not into doing low rep ranges so I can't really give an accurate 1rm or anything but for reference:
Bench: 185 x 5
Deadlift: 225 x 8
Squat: 225 max

During this cycle I'm actually not being soo strict on what I eat as I was before this I'm just making sure I get a shit ton of calories from good food sources because I am bulking on this cycle.
Goals are to put on a good amount of size and weight (about 20lbs) that I WILL be able to keep at the end of the cycle. also to gain strength as well. hopefully I can get huge and stay huge lol

From my understanding, and it's different for everyone, you won't keep everything you gain. However with proper pct protocol and getting your diet in check towards the end, that's what helps you keep a good amount. I've read tons of posts on multiple forums where people ask why they're losing everything or even look smaller than before, and turns out they don't run a pct or anything. Whatever you do good luck man, train hard, eat big, be safe!
 
you'll drop water weight which will usually be 5-10 lbs coz of he reduced estrogen lvls... can depend on whether you're using an ai...ppl dont pct properly so it takes longer to recover I'm a firm advocate of using clomid nolvadex and HCG which imo is massively important....ppl tend to drop their calories after a cycle which is exteremly stupid considering your t3 production will go through the roof as it's been supressed for so long as a result of roids and because your hormonal system works off of a feedback system you can expect t3 lvls to go through the roof, you'll need to up your calories to compensate for this atleast for 4 weeks till the body can sort itself out. Most ppl tend to swich to a heavy lifting routine like 5x5 when coming off roids as it seems to be good for reataining muscle mass, also the body has to adjust to the new weight so you need to be eating atleast maintenance for 6-8 weeks and considering the stupid amounts of t3 now in the system this will be more than what you think. Just my thoughts

yeah of course I won't keep everything but I'm hoping to keep a lot of it with strict diet, pct, training, and mindset. I won't let my self deflate like that lol

Nov. 22nd (5th pin) .8ml

Injection was smooth. i have never been nervous or taken time before I injected it was just straight to it but this time i felt a little more paranoid before but everything went fine aspirated nice but I did notice it's a little bit harder for me to turn and reach my glute than it was in the past. pinned in the right glute this time and today (nov 23) I feel no pain at all. noticed a noticeable increase in libido about 3 or 4 days ago but nothing crazy. still kinda feeling a little less motivated than usual but once I get to the gym I end up killing it now because I'm pushing myself a lot harder than before.
not really any acne at all, no atrophy, no signs of gyno- everything seems good.
gained like 8-10 lbs so far which is mostly all water I'm sure because I don't really notice that much of a difference in my physique.
definitely feeling more confidence and the pumps at the gym are starting to get pretty intense. especially legs. diet has been clean my appetite has spiked in the past few days. noticed it with my breakfast. need a lot more to fill me up than usual.
 
How long u running this cycle ?

did u notice any gain in the last 2 weeks ?

I am running it for 12 weeks.
I've mostly just noticed the negative sides (high blood pressure, sweating, a little bit of oily skin) but I'd say in the past week I've been waking up feeling more full. I am definitely holding a lot more water because I'm up over 10 lbs since I started. Strength hasn't really gone up significantly but the pumps in the gym are more intense causing me to take longer rest periods between sets. Some friends seem to be noticing though saying I look more bulky and stocky.
