First cycle Test-E PEP

I am new here so I have decided to try and log my cycle to keep myself accountable and to review PEP test-e.

24 years old
Solid blood work
Cycle
at least 12 weeks
300 mg/week Testosterone Enanthante IM
Week 4- end250 IU HCG SubQ

Rotating injection sites from R/L Quad and Glute...Don't know how I feel about Deltoid injections on myself.

***2 Week Break***
PCT
40 mg Nolva for two weeks
20mg Nolva for two weeks

Day one
Hit right glute with one ml of test e then:
Dead lift
5x150
5x187.5
3x225
5x245
5x290
9x320
Back extensions-
Thorasic- 3x15
Lumbar/Hamstrings 5x10
Chin ups 5x5 varying grip
Injection site is a little sore but im not too worried about it.
 
Pretty awesome, I went to bed last night thinking I was going to have some serious PIP, woke up with a little soreness...I do not know what I did right, but I hope it continues.
 
Day 3:
Not really anything extraordinary to report yet, yesterday I was working on my C&J and had an incredible amount of focus in the gym. My main lift today is standing press:
5x65
5x85
3x100
5x120
as many as I can do x 137.5
5x120
as many as I can do x100
BW Dips 5x10
Swing a kettle bell
Push ups with a weighted vest
Ill run too and from the gym ( a couple miles)
EDIT*- No injection site soreness
 
Do you mind posting your bloodwork results?

Depending on your goals, I would bump up the test to 400/500mg/wk at your height and weight.

I would extend the pct at least 1 more week.

I get my healthcare at a local VA hospital (PH vet)…I will try and obtain the report but the VA is a pain in the ass to work with. My goals are just to asses my bodies response to test, I am more than comfortable staying at the levels I am at now, six weeks in I might change my mind…As for PCT I believe four weeks is enough for my cycle according to the reading I have done. If anyone else could chime in..Thanks for the advice though, I will consider it.

Just a sense of your natty test lvl, LH and e2 levels if you know them off the top of your head is fine.

Then I grabbed a 50 pound medicine ball and slammed it on the ground a bunch. Then a bunch of push-ups and a few sprints. I'm not feeling anything yet, maybe a slight euphoric feeling might have been the sprints. Thinking about doing 300 ml every five days. Any thoughts?

It doesn't really work like that, its test E so it comes on kinda slowly as you get your levels build, for me, all of the sudden out of nowhere I was swollen, took a couple weeks though.
 
Sorry if I come off a little blunt but I'll do you a big favor. Just pin .5ml twice a week. You need to give it about 3+ weeks for the long ester to work before you actually realize your on steroids.

I suggest you do some more reading.

What do you think about me doing 300ml E5d's?

With what you are lifting currently, assuming its test 250. I would go 1 cc 4 days then 3 days, 4,3,4,3 and so on...giving yourself 500 a week 600 is fine too, first cycle though you will see results off of 250 a week to be honest. My first cycle was 250 a week and I blew the fuck up, grant it I had 250 a week deca in there too though..
 
Its 300 mg/ml, so that would put me at about 500 a week. I think I might switch it up to around that anyways. Bravo I will do you a favor read about half lives. I understand it takes time but I also realize how the hypothalamo-hypophysial portal system works with hormones. Some people may respond to hormonal changes with euphoria, I will not feel anything physically for a while.

I've done what you've done. I told myself the exact same thing my first cycle about "testing the waters". I pinned test-e 250mg/week for 10 weeks while my buddy pinned 500mg/week of the same stuff.

Long story short, I wasted a vial while my buddy grew like a damn weed.

Unless your stacking, you really need to up your test. Do some research on low test only cycles and you will see why i'm telling you this. I'm just trying to save you time and money but do as you please.

I misread your first post just ignore that....Im bumping up to 500 a week, thanks for the advice. I read too much into what you were saying. Its been a long day.

Hit left glut with .5 ml on Wednesday very little PIP...Going to start .75 ml every 4 days this will give me 450 mg a week.
 
Just hit my gluteous medious for the fist time. Besides the initial needle entry it was relatively pain free. I am 80 percent sure I hit the right spot. It was weird trying an area I am not familiar with...
