I am planning to do my first cycle which will be
W 1-10 Test Enth 500mg/week
W 1-12 Adex 0.25mg EOD (reduce to 0.125mg EOD in last week)
PCT
W 13 Nolva 20mg 2x/d
W 14-16 Nolva 20mg/d
I track all my macronutrients and every rep I do in the gym.
Goal: gain strength and size while staying lean.
My question is: Should I eat in a surplus during this cycle if I want to maintain my leanness? My idea goal would be to avoid putting on fat during this cycle and only put on muscle. I've been in a calorie deficit for about 6 months now as I've been cutting. Not sure if I should remain in a deficit during the cycle or eat at maintenance or surplus.
