I already did a intro in the new members forums but here goes. Im 30 years old. I worked out all through middle school and highschool off and on the last 10 years, the last year and some change ive been hitting the gym hard, went from 279lbs down to 215lb now and still working hard. Between 18-22% body fat(ebay calipers) I got a clean diet and work out 5 days a week. I went and got my pre cycle bloods feel free to comment..

Iv been doing research for a while now and have decided to do my first cycle heres what i got...

500mg/week pharmacom test e 250
(Mon. and Thurs.) 12 weeks

HCG 250iu2x a week/weeks3-12

Armidex .5 eod throughout cycle up to pct
May adjust after 6week blood work i have letro on hand if needed

Start pct 2-3 after last pin....
toremifene 120/100/80/60

Any input is welcome...
 
I wasnt 100% sure since im considering my body fat to be kinda high, i want to try and avoid any gyno/sides if possible before it starts...
 
Honestly .5 eod seems a bit harsh. You might want to do .25 eod. Crashing estro sucks man.

I'm using .50 EOD and it seems to be working perfect for myself. Research on here led me to that dosage and when I tried using less I noticed gyno symptoms. I understand everyone's body reacts differently, but I think that would be a fair place to start. Just my $.02
 
I'd probably start the adex at .5 e3d to start and adjust as necessary. If you weren't taking the HCG early on, I wouldn't even go that high.

E3d sounds fine. I say this because I know a lot of vet bodybuilders and they seriously get pissed seeing people preach about taking Adex and aromasin like how we do. Also, my first cycle of 600mg of test a week, I couldn't even take .25 eod because it would crash my estro. I had high bf% to! Some people react differently.
 
Thanks for all the replys, im prob.going to go with .5 e3d then after my 6 week bloods adjust according, unless i start getting some signs then up to .5 eod...it is my 1st cycle so only time and bloods will tell ill keep updating when i start my cycle in 2 weeks

I'm in too brother! We wanna see them gainz! Get that diet dialed right get that training right and if you don't look like superman when it's done you failed us. Don't be nervous though, easy shit
 
Well first pin went smooth in the side of the quad going to workout back today, I plan on posting a before picture today sometime and then prob update once or twice a week, prob on pin days (mon.and thurs.), any suggestions to help make this cycle log better feel free to let me know
 
2nd pin today went really good, nothing new really to report yet,felt like i sweated a little more today in the gym but other than that things are bout the same, i will report back in on monday(pin 3 start of week 2)
 
3rd pin today (in the quad) went ok, first pin i got about a quarter of a inch in and felt a sharp pain pulled it out, it knoted up at the site and bruised around it about the size of a quarter....the knot went down in like 2 hours, still a little bruised looking, i must have hit a vein or nerve or something, i moved down about a inch/2 inches and the pin went painlessly, well see what happens on thurs. Not really feeling much different, nothing new really to report.
 
4th pin, end of week 2. Don't really feel any different, I have been sweating a little bit more at night the last couple of nights nothing crazy just back of head a little damp in the morning, pin in the quad went good today no problems...I will report any differences over the weekend if they happen, if not I'll check back in on monday
 
Week 3 mon, and thus. Pins went good, felt real good till friday, I just felt a little tired, last night at work I had a little bit of a hot flash/cold sweat come on, lasted about 15-20 min then it was gone. I don't know what that was about today I feel fine, we will see what happens in the next few weeks
 
Good luck man. Give it like week 4 or 5 to kick in. Make sure you eat clean and take some arimedix eod .5. You should see some solid gains around week 7-8. What is your goal? To gain or cut?

So far so good, feelin good, eating pretty clean, my goal is to bulk for now I can cut it later, but tring not to dirty bulk, but I do go out with the wife some and eat a steak or shrimp tacos, japanese sometimes...etc, I am taking adex at .5 e3d and no signs of anything so far. I'm going to get blood work done at the end of week 6/start of 7, and adj. If need, see where I'm at. Bout to start week 5 feeling good

That's good to hear there is no signs of anything.The test will just give you a little bulk nothing too big unless you throw some other things in the mix. Keep doing what your doing and adjust the diet for whatever your trying to achieve.
 
Finishing up week 7 this week....im deff noticing strength gains in the gym everything is up 10-20 pounds. Feeling great...got my mid cycle bloodwork done this week, i will be posting it to get some feed back from you guys. I believe i need to back off the adex some but some feedback would be great
