First Cycle, What do you think?

45 years old, 190 lbs, 5'8" about 12 % BF
Goal: Lean Body Muscle gain
Diet: It is currently clean, No sweets, plenty of vegetables and Protein... I may need to increase my feedings since I only eat 3 or 4 times a day... I gain fat easily lol
Workout: I am usually in the gym 5 to 6 days a week, sometimes do two a day of the same body part

Plan: I am new at this so I would like to use a lower dose with the least sides

Test Cyp: 200 mg twice a week pinning, a total of 400 mg a week on a 12 week cycle

HGH: I would like to start HGH 2 IU on week 8 ed, and go up to 4IU as I tolerate it maybe on week 12 for the duration of 6 months

I have prescribed HCG if needed, and will have AI on hand... Climid and Novaldex and maybe HCG for PCT

Please let me know what to think
 
If you can train the same body part twice you're not training hard enough.

All this stuff is asked everyday since the Internet began. Do a search. You'll have better luck if you show you've read some stuff and ask a specific question.

You're a good size to start. Make sure youre eating for the size you want to be not the size you are now.

Follow a bodybuilder diet. Eggs. Oats. Ezekiel bread. Chicken. Rice. Blah blah blah. Eat 6 to 8 meals a day of food. Add shakes to that. The most anabolic thing you can do is eat well. Real food. Lots of water.

Plus I would do 500 mg a week. Unless your cyp is 200mg then keep it at 400mg a week. I bloat when I'm on long esters. So u may want to control that. Once you get used to pinning you may want to look at prop for lean gains.
 
I appreciate the response, yes my T is 200mg/ml... I will keep in mind the diet. I modified my diet the last month, I eat real food, no preservatives nor carbs at this point, I may have to add carbs when I go on cycle. I had an addiction to rice, so that may be tough to go back to lol. I will also have to look up my workout program then. Th

You're definitely going to want to slowly reintroduce carbs into your diet. You'll need them if you're training hard and heavy. Once you're comfortable with upping your food and training intensity than consider the cycle. Are you on TRT right now?
 
No, I am not on TRT right now, I was going to go on a full cycle first before going to full on TRT to see if I liked it but I could be doing this all wrong. I have the prescribed meds, I am researching the best way to go about this.
 
Finally a nice reasonable first cycle. Do you have your pct planned out. And is it pharmacuetical grade. You don't want to fuck around when it comes to pharma grade pct. If you need help finding pharma grade PCT shoot me a pm.

If you want to put on weight you'll need carbs like D said.

First meal carbs. Pre workout meal carbs. And supper time can have carbs. This to me us a minimum I'd do if I was wanting to add size.

We tell you this not to be asshole but so that you get the most out of the drugs. You're putting your health at risk here. You want max benefit from it.

Once you're on your new job will be eating every 3 hours and drinking over a gallon of water a day. I carry a 4 litre jug with me where ever I go.

It's very important. Even more than they cycle itself. Do you have your dosages for the clomid and Nolvadex?

I don't think you guys are being assholes, I am really appreciative that you guys are taking an interests in this. I will definitely get carbs in there, getting carbs is not the problem. It's doing it in moderation. You are right, I don't want to waste my money or time if I don't do this right. I may have to push my cycle back a little until I have a more concrete plan on the appropriate carbs I should add back to my routine. The protein and the other nutrients are not a problem, I like to eat lol

THANK YOU, I did a lot research here...I will post some pics when I get started. I may have to push back until I get the diet part plan a little more concrete as suggested here
