Plateauing, since I don't compete so I thought "fuck it, let's drink some juice"

Bf: 18%
1RM: (metrics because fuck you)
Squat 170kg
Snatch 87.5 kg
Clean & Jerk 102.5kg
Bench 80kgx5R (don't really do benches)
Planned training if recovery is quick: Mon-Tues-Thurs-Fri one day Snatch, one day C&J, squat everyday, Sat or Sun for non weightlifting work & bench
Pre-cycle blood work: appointment tomorrow so idk..TBA
Pinning Regime:
From 4th Oct
week 1 - week 12 Test E 150mg Mon & Thurs, HCG 250iu EOD
-> blood test at week 6
week 13 - week 16 Nolvadex 10mg ED
-> blood test a week after last Nolvadex
Remark: 300mg/week because I mainly want to get out of the valley
