Hi Guys,

New to the forum, not new to steroids though. Anyway i'm currently on my first cycle and just wanted to see what you guys think of it.

Dbol - 40mg/day for 25 days
Test Cyp - 500mg/week for 10 weeks

PCT (Start 36 days after last test cyp shot):

Day 1-7: clomid 100mg/day
Day 8-37: 20mg Nolvadex/day
500iu of hCG EOD from day 8-26

Arimidex on hand
 
You should get a decent amount of muscle from
that cycle.

I did a Test DBol cycle for my first and
I got pretty big

I remember those little blue German Dbols :)
Had friends popping those like they were Pez candies

Everything actually looks pretty good. Only thing I would suggest is if you have enough gear for it is to run test for 12 weeks. But that's just my personal opinion. I've always liked 12 weeks for a first cycle but 10 is good too. Good job on actually rolling with a nice first cycle and not doing anything stupid. If you're training hard and eating well you will definitely see gains. Good luck to you.

Good basically. I'd go 12 weeks, too, but 10 is the classic first cycle.

But there are some PCT problems the other guys probably never noticed.

1. Why are you waiting 36 days after your last Test cyp shot to begin your SERM PCT protocol? I hear two weeks most often but three or even four weeks is probably a better choice for long esters. So I'd suggest waiting only 28 days before beginning your SERMs.

2. Mixing in HCG the same time as your SERM protocol is a bad idea. The HCG will charge your testicles (the "T" part of the HPTA) but will continue the shut down of your brain centres (the "P"& "T" parts of the HPTA), so you will not be recovering. I'd say begin your HCG run the day after your last injection and run 500 iu EOD for two weeks. Most people now agree that it's better to begin an HCG protocol while on cycle, say at 250 iu 2x EW, then finish as I suggested. (You may need the Adex during this period.)

3. Once 21 or 28 days have elapsed since your last injection and you've run two weeks of HCG, begin your Nolvadex and Clomid at the same time. There are as many opinions on the way to run your SERM PCT as there types of steroids, but (aside from starting at the same time) your plan is pretty good.

Shouldn't be waiting so long to add clomid in pct and for first cycle at such low dose of test e the hcg is not needed. Just keep antis and serms on hand to combat sides. I would also run it for 12 weeks if possible. Test doesnt even start to kick in until week 4-5 so at ten weeks you only get one true month of test muscle building and then its pct time.
