Hello everyone, here for knowledge and feedback. I'm 22 5"9" weigh 210lbs sitting at 15% body fat. I've been training for a good 3 years on and off. I work out 5 days out of the week for a total of 1.5 hours every day I do a min of 45min of cardio 7 days out of week I typically hit all the big muscle groups 2xweek and smaller muscles only 1 time. My goal is to come down to 9% body fat and build more lean mass.
