first cycle

Hi Guys,
I have been building for the last 10 years on and off and I have been out for 2 years due to an injury
Now i have gained 40 pounds of nothing/fat. I want to start a cycle that will help me with strength and cut/ convert into muscle.
Could you recommend the best regime

diet and exercise. thats it. nothing will conert fat to muscle...its impossible. the only thing you can do is hit the nutrition section here and learn how to eat better. get an ECA like hydroxycuts, xenadrine, ripped fuel etc, etc. continue to weight train but also hit the cardio.

coming off an injury and wanting to use AAS will do nothing to help you. it could however cause you to injure yourself again.
