First ever cycle....ANAVAR only

Hello guys/girls,

Just joined n look is impressive. I've been training/dieting for just over a yr now ad I was mega fat (21.3 stones) of fat, im currently 15.6 stones with some muscle,6 foot 3 but unfortunately still.some belly fat to get rid of which I'm trying to do now. I'm just starting an anavar cycle as I want to continue to lose fat.....gain lean muscle and not have any water retention or acne etc etc 6 week cycle starting on 20 mg rising to 60 mg then back down to 20 mg at the end. Train 5 days a week heavy weights and 3 cardio sessions. Any advice would be much appreciated as I'm defo a novice.

Anavar only is not recommended for a a variety of reasons, and it wont rid you of body fat. That process begins in the kitchen. Continue to work on your diet and exercise routine until your bf% is around 15%. The chances for unwanted side affects increase with level of body fat.
 
Thanks for the info....my diets spot on at the moment, I had it planned for me through a personal trainer and it's all good clean food. By my body fat was 19% 3 months ago and since then I've lost 12 lbs but I've been working away so % im unsure but won't be far away from 15% I would think.....is an anavar only cycle not recommended if over 15% or not recommended at all?
 
Anavar will be good for strength.. maybe ab fat not sure,
but I wouldn't lift heavy, if you wanna lose fat...

How heavy is your Heavy?
 
Thanks for the replies gents, I didn't realise my natural test would shutdown so ill immediately look at adding some test as a base like u say. My heavy is as heavy as I can go to complete 8-10 reps for 3 sets then a 4th set to failure.

Leg press 190 kg
Deadlift 140 kg
Bench 80 kg
Squat 120 kg
 
How much % fat did you lose, with this program?
How long did it take?
What type of cardio you doing and how long per week?

I do hiit cardio 3 times a week sometimes 5 days after weights workout for 20 minutes... 10 second sprints 30 second rest on the treadmill

Pushups/Pullups at least 2X/day got me looking nice.. 10-15min Morning before work and 10-15min before Dinner.... around abs,
without having to kill myself, with Fatigue Failure sets..

That dosage is low for var. I would up the var. Cut carbs . Ive never ran it by it self. But diffrent stroke for different folks.
 
20mg of Really good Var would be
enough, but I am guessing.. from the look of sources here.. that most aren't getting that..

Cutting carbs makes me flat..
I look better when I eat more carbs

I used to do pushups everyday too and looked great. I need to get back into doing them. I love atlas pushups.
 
Thanks gents for the info n manwhore ill defo be giving the pushups everyday a go as ive heard they're great for shape
 
I prefer to carb in the morning, I do get some carbs after my workout in the form of a mass gainer shake. But from lunch onwards, I prefer to limit my carbs.

Pushups aren't bad, but for short intense cardio I prefer to swing a sledge hammer, pound the heavy weight bag, or do hill sprints. Sledge hammer works the forearms and abs, heavy bag is all upper body, and hill sprints is the lower half.
