First IGF/Slin cycle -- Critique please

Can someone critique my first IGF/Slin cycle plan?

Basically, I'm doing a pretty standard D-bol/Test/Deca cycle (although the dosages are less than I've used in the past), but with the addition of IGF-1 R3/Slin/T3 at the beginning and end of the cycle.

Damn thing won't let me do a table, so here it is in text, albeit harder to read:

Week 1-4, 13-16: IGF-1 R3 50 mcg/day (25 mcg BID)
Week 1-4, 13-16: Humalog 12 iu/day (6 iu BID)
Week 1-4, 13-16: Cytomel 50 mcg/day (25 mcg BID)
Week 1-12: Test Enanthate 500 mg (1000 mg wk 1 & 2)
Week 1-11: Deca 400 mg (800 mg wk 1 & 2)
Week 1-4: D-Bol 40 mg/day

Ancillaries:
Arimidex: .5 mg/day week 1-14
Nolva: 80 mg/day week 15, 60 mg/day week 16, 40 mg/day week 17, 20 mg/day week 18
hCG: 1500 iu QOD for 10 days, starting 10 days before Nolva

Comments anyone?

If you haven't used both insulin and LR3 together before, expect to see a much more pronounced effect on BG from the same doses of insulin used in the past. IGF-1 and insulin will cross-upregulate receptors initially, which is great, if you're ready for it. Also, I'm partial to a 1x/day IGF-1 administration just pwo.

Does that mean I might need to take in more carbs after injecting, like 10g carbs/iu insulin instead of maybe 7?

Yes, more carbs is a must to acheive the same BG values you've previously seen with the same slin doses. Monitoring BG is best. Also, unlike with slin alone, you can actually be slightly more liberal with carbs and not pack on fat, due to IGF-1 being a pretty potent lipolytic agent. The BG-lowering effects of LR3 (independent of the increased "potency" of the insulin peak) will hit about 1.5-2hrs post IM injection, so be prepared for yet another compensation period where carbs will need to be added.

I just sent you a PM on BDBB regarding this same question...

No wonder I've felt like shit after taking 60mcg's IGF and 10iu's Humulin-R. I was slamming Carbs and couldn't seem to catch up....... Had some noticable side effects.

Shit works wonders though!
