Alright Lads,
Current look is as of today. (check post date)
Stats: 6'2 (187cm) 240lbs (109kg) (on the dot) 15%
Cycle: Test E 375mg, Primo 350mg, Mast 280mg, 7.5iu HGH (eod).
Diet: Pretty much eyeballing things but I'm at about 3400kcal daily, will start to up the carbs more. Protein is at about 200g, carb 700, fats 50.
Supplements: mag gly, Astaxanthin, omega 3, zinc, astragalus root, biotin, vit d3, calcium, vit c. (If the post gains traction I'll post actual mg values here but can't remember them accurately right now.)
Every limb, joint and ligament is feeling groovy, I've got meal prep down and I'm growing weekly and mostly putting on useful tissue.
Will try my best to keep a weekly log and include more poses as I get better.
Been running a staunch hair protocol too, that can be discussed.
