Hi everybody!
Been around for a couple of years, but kept quiet or just had no time.
I have already learned a lot on this forum and thought it's time to start contributing too...
I'm 32, 6'1/2'', 189 lb
Never used gear.
Started working out at 151 lb 10 years ago or more, but unfortunately had a lot of long breaks...
The good thing about it is that I still benefit a little bit from beginner gains, at least I think so as I'm always able to see progress on a weekly basis, slowing down as I'm getting older though.
I plan to start my first cycle soon and looking forward to your support :)

Welcome to MESO. You will get all the support you need around here man. Stay:cool:bro;)

Welcome to Meso. 40lbs in 10 years is good, but those are years that you would have made natural gains by just maturing any way.

Get several years of serious training before you cycle. Your stats say you are not ready.

Well, I don't think my training wasn't serious, I'm very serious when I train, and when I'm not able to focus 100% on my training I rather take the time off.
This is not my peak ( I peaked at dirty 240 lb, but cut a lot of fat and lost some muscle due to a long break).

I could grow some more muscle naturally, but my theory is that if you plan to cycle anyway, you should do it as early as possible.
If we use logic, cycling after you develop resistance to training would only make weaker results than combined with some natural potential. And it's also about the years you save by reaching your goals faster, especially when you're over 30. Many pros would have never get there if they had started cycling in their 30s.
I hear a lot of "first grow naturally as long as you can" but that really makes no sense for someone who has good training experience and has already made a decision not to stay natural for life. In theory, it should rather multiply your gains rather than just add a fixed amount of muscle to what you would gain. Unless someone has evidence or good logic suggesting that the success of a cycle is independent from ones natural gains?

You do have a point. But your stats suggest you have room to grow natty. I do think it is wise to use aas only after you have maxed out natural. I also understand wanting results now.

Just giving u my opinion bro.
