First recomp/lean gain cycle

Thought I'd share my cycle I'm just starting

Goal is recomp, transitioning to a lean bulk

Starting dosages
Test- 200mg/week
Primo- 300mg/week
Tren- 100mg/week
HGH- 3iu/day (split am/pm)
Clen- 50mcg
T3- 25mcg
T4- 100mcg
Metformin- 500mg
Telmisartan- 40mg

Test and primo will taper up probably to 400/500mg. Tren maybe to 200mg
 
Not an expert but t3 would not be a great idea for recomp. Add it later in your cycle when you go lower on calories and your metabolism crashes.

I'm just exiting a 2-3 month cut on TRT dosages. Just did bloodwork to have my prescription renewed for another year. So my metabolism is already in the gutter a bit

I always appreciate feedback though :) thank you!

How is it going. I am in the exact same situation. I am on a cut for the next 4-6 weeks. I am planning to do the same thing as you. How is the Tren in this stack? Is it the game changer everyone talks about. What are you doing with your calories. Are you trying to hit exact calories with no deficit?

I made great progress with it. My cut went until mid June I believe, then maintenance calories for a month, then a slight surplus until August 1 which is when we started tapering up the dosages and food. Just started my last mesocycle this week, and calories are up to 4300/day, test/primo is 500/600 so pretty heavy into the bulk now. When carbs started getting high we added Lantus at 10, then 15iu a day. Then novorapid at 5iu pre workout, now this meso it's 5iu pre and post workout. (Carbs are at 640g)

The cycle throughout summer combined with keeping my calories at just a slight surplus gave me a good look all summer. Stayed lean, but still made decent progress. Was primed to increase dosages and food as soon as I wanted. I think the Tren was worth having in, I had zero sides at that dosage.
 
Sounds like you are dialed in. Do you monitor your blood sugar? Is that why you added insulin? I watch my blood sugar and ketones every day. So I am an old bodybuilder 48, haven’t competed in 20 years. Had kids and got fat. Was 275lbs and am now 220, getting down to 200 (I am 5’9) I am holding onto good size but not crazy size. Both of my hips have been replaced (bad genetics) so I really shy away from the heavy squats, and only go up to 200lbs on my bent over rows.

Before my cut I was prediabetic so probably won’t use insulin. After I get to my goal body fat and weight, I want to do lean bulk. My target is to stay at or under 200lbs and be very lean. I also race mountain bikes so being under 200 is pretty important or the bike won’t move.

Currently I am taking the following
4 iu Omnitrope, 2iu am and 2 iu pm.
200mg test a week pinned twice
200mg primo a week pinned twice
25 mg enclomiphene 4 times a week. HRT doc likes it because my natural test was at 80.
T3 in the am.

Alternatively
I have access to everything and was considering using Prop-Mast-Tren A, as I hear it is amazing. I would keep the HGH, enclomiphene and T3 the same. What do you think?
