First short cycle Test P

Can't go into details too much, but I'm trying out a 6 week cycle and see how it goes. Basically, I needed a short cycle, along a short detection time.

Week 1 to 6: Test P 100 eod
Week 3 to 6: Anavar 20mg
Week 7 to 9: Ostarine 20mg for 2 weeks, then 10mg for 1 week
Week 3 to 6 & 10 to 12 (PCT): Nolvadex; I want to run it during the Test at a low dosage as my anti-Esto (only 10?). As a PCT I will do 40mg 3 days; 20mg 10 days and 10mg 7 days
Week 10 to 12 (PCT): Clomid 10 days at 2 caps and 10 days at 1 cap

I didn't acquire HCG simply because of how short the cycle is.
I wanted to acquire Arimidex, but I would have needed to wait a while longer. Time is precious to me so I decided to simply run Nolva at a low dosage while I'm using Test / Var.

I'm currently at 18% BF, 215 lbs. My (small) goal is to be under 200. My "real" goal is to be 190.

My training log will go like this:
5x / week lifting at the gym
3x / week Tabata sprints in the morning
2-3x / week Swimming
3x / week Grappling sports
1x / week (sunday) 3 miles as fast as possible.

I set my cals at 2800:
225g / 900 cals of protein
300g / 1200 cals of carbs
78g / 700 cals of fat
Loss of 2 pounds per week tops is my goal, I'll remove 200 cals every time I see there's a plateau.


Let me know your opinions on this cycle, the training and diet.
 
My gear is from local source. Will also update with pictures regularly during the entire cycle.

PS: Yes, I know it's a basic soft cycle lol.
 
If you cut naturally before the cycle and lean bulk with the gear, your final form will be much more impressive IMO. Wouldn't you rather use the drugs to gain muscle as opposed to retain muscle?
 
Yes, you're absolutely right. But I've gone from 240 to 215 as of late. The gear is there to give me an "extra" push to obtain my goals. The other issue I have is the time frame. I'm limited in time, which is why I'm doing it now instead of doing it when I'm around 12% bf.

Your good. I don't think u going to need any apex or nolva during ur cycle.

20mg anavar? Bump that up to 50mg at a minimum. I run 80mg and feel it's perfect for a first time user. I would also bump up the test, you are at 350mg a week, I would run at least 500mg.

Little update: Got my gear ready, going to start this Sunday. My Nolva and Clomid will be in my possession tuesday. I already have some leftover Nolva that I will use if anything trully goes wrong, but I figured I'd start using it on the 3rd week of my cycle.
 
Pinned myself today. I think I was more stressed of the needle reaching my bone than anything else. I didn't feel the pin. I did feel the oil get into my leg. I also felt my leg while I was driving. I'll have to say that right now I'm not feeling anything I think, I just hit legs so I don't know if it has anything to do with this.

Day1: Legs
Leg curls
Deadlifts
Front squats
Leg press
Lots of stretching
No cardio

So I feel like my right shoulder is hurting because of the front squats... I have to cross my arms because my wrists aren't flexible enough to bend backwards and only hold it with a couple of fingers. Anyone else has experienced this? I think it might just be because I'm not used to it? Anyways, only time will tell I guess.

Meal1: 100g (uncooked) rice + 200g soulvaki pork
Meal 2: 100g (uncooked) rice + 250g chicken breast
Took a protein shake during the day (30g p)
About to take another one (postworkout) 2 scoops. (50g p)

Day 2: Back + shoulders

Seated rows
T bar row (large grip)
Chin ups
Seated rows
DB pullovers
DB bent over lat raise
DB lat raise

4 minute Tabata in the morning
Just came back from 2 hours 15 mins of grappling

Meals are similar to yesterday.

My legs are sore as fuck, right leg a little bit more but can barely see the difference.
 
Day 3: Pinning + Chest + bi + tri

Incline Db press
bench press
Dips

Cable cross
seated Ez bb curl
Incline bb lying triceps

Overall, I felt like shit. My sleep was shitty and has been that way since the first pin. But, last night was the worst (day 3 to day 4). Woke up at midnight, starving, feeling deshydrated and hot. I made myself a bomb ass sandwich and drank a lot of water, but couldn't fall asleep until 4am. I've obviously been on Meso looking for other people having trouble sleeping because of the test or experienced something similar.

Day 4: no pin / rest day

Woke up grumpy and tired at 5:40 am for work. Pretty much told a loud chick at work to simply shut the fuck up, which everyone was grateful for. Then I decided to take the day off to rest and decided to look for places where I can buy needles and syringes. All I'm going to say is Costco is amazing. Then went to eat a bomb ass Burrito and am now writing this off before heading to bed.

My weight has been pretty similar all week. I'll be adding more cardio next week, or at least I'll put the intensity at another level.
 
Here's a little update on what has been happening with me. I didn't have time to come on here, but I kept track of the important things that I did.


Day 5 Pinning (thursday 6th)
Felt like shit, didn't work out. Slept it out. Diet was alright.


Day 6 (friday 7th)
Still felt like shit, another rest day for Fattest_Animal. Diet was kinda shitty too, forgot my lunch at home and there's only fast food in the neighberhood where I work.


Day 7 Pinning (saturday 8th) amazing shoulder workout
Pinned my left quad. Was pumped and then had a wedding. Rocked my suit. Grandmas, moms and aunts wanted to match me with their nieces, granddaughters, neighbores, cousins.. you fucking name it.

Db front raise
Push press
Reverse pec-deck

Day 8 (sunday 9th) Bicep + tricep day

massive pump. Great diet, nothing more to say really.

Day 9 Pinning (monday 10th)
Pinned my right glute. Only felt the needle going in, didn't feel anything otherwise.
Had a great Leg workout. Only reason why I didn't feel my ass being that sore... but fuck it was brutal at the end of the night. Especially after 3 hours of grappling lol.
Leg workout is the same as the other day. I added 30 pounds on the deadlift lol. I'm going to try adding 20 next week. I felt I was stronger than what I was lifting.

Day 10 (tuesday 11th) Rest day
Started a new shift at work, I start one hour earlier and I went bed late. So I took a rest day. No gym and no grappling. BUT, as soon as I got home I ordered some pizzas... Fucking devoured those 2 littles pieces of italian masterpiece in a few bites. Then slept it off (from 5pm to 5am; woke up at 2 to drink and made myself some strawberry struddles).

Day 11 Pinning (wednesday 12th)
Pinned my left ass cheek today. It's so sore. Can still feel the pin from the right glute. Walking up the stairs at work is fun AF.

Back + Bicep training today (same as other day).
Added weights on all my lifts. Feel strong, feels good, getting them mirin' looks at my gym.

Only thing that I've nothing is that my weight has been going up steadily, yet my macro intake is kinda low. I've added 5-6 pounds and I look "slimmer" Water weight + muscles? Can't be fat... Today I added some more cardio and decided to hit the bag every tuesday, thursday, saturday and sunday from now on. I haven't been swimming yet, as I've mentioned, because I can't find a fucking pool around my house. Guess I'll have to go further.
