First sustanon home brew turned brownish

Been awhile since I posted/been on, but wondering if someone could help (or tell me what went wrong). Brewed up a sustanon batch for first time 2% ba 18% BB and MCT oil, filtered thru .22 , bottled and capped the vials then put in pressure cooker. When done it turned a clear dark brownish color (after pressure cooking), never had this happen before with other test brews. I assume it oxidized on me and it's trash. Lost half the batch, definitely not pressure cooking the rest.

Anyone know why this would happen? Is sustanon that sensitive to heat?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Why would you put it in a pressure cooker after filtering thru a .22? Just curious. I think you ruined it with the cooker.

There's no need at all to cook it after you run it thru a .22

When I first started homebrewing used pressure cooker in place of autoclave, just what I have always done to sterilize further (anything happens b/w transfer from media bottle to vial).., a little over kill probably. Just it's never happened before doing test e, c, npp, mast, etc..., first time with sust thou. And bloods have come back good with current source so I am pretty sure cooker isn't degrading gear much if at all. It's odd and I can't figure it out and tried searching for what may have happened. I still have half the batch, so not a total loss. Probably safe to say pressure cooker will only be used for the vials and media bottles from here on out.

Does anyone use a pressure cooker in place of an autoclave to sterilize after bottling and capping? I thought a couple years ago it was preferred, but of not required I'll skip it so I don't risk future brews. I'd have to try and find the thread I am referencing on here, it was awhile ago.

No pressure cooker next time friend. 22.5 nm filtration gives you a sterile product assuming your viles and stoppers are sterile.

Yeah that's what I am gathering at this point. Just odd it's never happened before with any other brew, brewed up NPP day before and came out looking perfect, and the test e I have brewed up never any issues either. well, chalk it up to still learning I guess.

Thanks to both!
