first time cycle...pct?

So I'm finishing up my first cycle and I would like to know what would be the appropriate dosage of Nolvadex/Clomid and the duration I should take it for. I took Deca-Durabolin @1cc per week for 10 weeks, and Anavar 20 mg a day for 2 weeks. I'm a 33 year old male, and I weigh 198 lbs. Would really appreciate the help

First off, that is a fucked up first cycle! Does your dick even work any more? Are you ready to breast feed? Be prepared for a difficult recovery, 19-nors shut you down extra hard.
What was the milligram dose of deca?

About 250mg of deca-durabolin per week. So far I haven't had any side effects except an increase in aggression.

What are you planning for a PCT,?
If it were me, I'd start 4 weeks after last pin and run clomid at 100/100/50/50 and nolva at 40/40/20/20
What have you been taking for prolactin sides?

No idea yet to be honest, that's why I'm trying to do my research. Prolactin sides? Umm I've been taking Centrum Multi-Vitamins (the one for Men)....does that help?
