First time running dbol. Loving it

First time running any oral figured dbol would be a good test run over anadrol or superdrol

left my test at 300 mg a week and diet identical

up 17 pounds since december 3rd. only water retention I get is after my cheat meal on saturday night. Looking big and full and surprisingly dry. Not sure what I'm doing different but I am getting barely any water rentention or bloat lol

started with half a tab preworkout. felt really good. 3 days later tried a full tab and I could feel my blood pressure through the roof so I went back down to half a tab pre and the other half 6 - 8 hours later. tabs are 25mg each

diet is approx 300 gram of protein a day, 500 grams of carbs, and I add 70 grams of fat every 2nd or 3rd day depending on my mood

no real point to this thread just summarizing my experience so far lol gonna cut it out at the end of 4 weeks and see what I can retain keeping diet identical

maybe your diet is low in sodium and preventing the bloat, dbol fans tend to be dirty bulkers

Looking forward to an update when you remove it
 
Also curious what brand dbol you're using. I'm not super estrogen sensitive but dbol always makes me hold water even on a decent diet.

Good choice on dbol over anadrol though. I can only do anadrol while dieting, otherwise I can't eat the amount I need to. Gives me crazy reflux.
 
If you your BP gets jacked up over time make sure to get bloods done. A few guys I know myself included needed to donate blood to bring the hemoglobin down. 17lbs is a lot to gain for identical diet. Great work.
 
For those asking I'm using dbol from Ace Pharmaceutical

Low sodium diet and I use "no salt" (potassium based salt) for seasoning my food with alongside garlic powder.
 
I love dbol, my favorite oral. I use it rarely now, mostly after a break where I TRT or even come off. It works amazing and it's fast, rapid increase in size and strength is guaranteed, of course with proper diet and training that is. I let my Test saturate a bit and then throw in Dbol for a week or so, to get a big boost. One of my fav steroids.

Some people love dbol and others say its toxic and try to virtue signal that people shouldn't use it.

Bottom line for me, do what works best for you. If it helps you reach your goals and your health is fine, it doesn't matter what others say.

I don’t think you know what virtue signaling means. Dbol does carry increased liver toxicity risks compared to something like var. Additionally, not everything bad shows up in bloodwork. Chronic inflammation of liver won’t necessarily show spikes in liver biomarkers and you can have long term negative effects that accumulate while having relatively normal or unconcerning liver values.

Also, I said if your health is fine and that encompasses many factors. You are making a lot of assumptions about me and what I know. How about you don't do that.

It's simply my opinion again that if your health is fine and it works well for you, then great. For others, yes they probably shouldn't use dbol depending on how it impacts their health but they can do what they want.

I have no issues with your opinion and Im not making assumptions about you.
 
Would be curious how much you keep after you go off it.
Scale hasn't changed at all weight wise and it's been about a month since I stopped. I look slightly leaner so maybe I was holding a little extra water or gained some bloat from the holidays

gonna run it for another month around june for the summer

What were you stats before and after your cycle? Weight/height/BF.

500 grams a day in glycogen for your muscles is why you are pumped. I go from 155 to 255 and the difference is huge. I’m 15%BF and 255 at 6’. Your carbs are probably high but if you are low BF roll with it. Old men can’t do that. Protein is spot on

not trying to be contrary but I was eating the same amount of carbs pre dbol

that was the whole point. only variable was added dbol and the pumps were waaaaaay bigger. coworkers asked if i started juicing, i know thats not saying much cause they all think the rock is natural but people clearly noticed a difference as well did my wife
