First tren cycle help.

So in the past I have done about 5 Cycles. I've always on the same s u s 350 and deca. Ive put on over 30lbs or muscle in a year and half. But life is hard and I fell on some hard times and completely remove myself from the gym which was the most destructive thing I could have done. Now it's been almost a year since I've been in the gym and I want to put on some Mass this summer I'm shooting for 25 lb now I bought test e Tren a and d-bal I also have Clomid and nolvadex. I feel like I should have gotten tren E now but I didn't do so I'm wondering if anyone has any tips for an effective cycle plan or layout for me that won't let me go overboard with the tren.
 
Well I can tell you that the tren won’t let you go overboard with the tren it will beat the shit out of you when you try.

Tren a for your first time so you can adjust dosing quicker and also pull the plug faster if you don’t do well with it. also you haven’t workout out in a year if I read right and your just gunna start now and a cycle at the same time?

I was thinking about running 50
 
No I've been doing home workouts for the past month like push-ups and pull-ups but nothing heavy no gym to go to. But they open up where I live on the 1st and yeah I have all the stuff so I figured might as well jump into it I know my body can take in terms of workload so I'm not worried about injuries or anything like that and as long as I don't go crazy on my levels I don't think it would be a problem I was thinking maybe 50 mg of Tren every other day

You'll be surprised at how quickly you'll make the gains back by just pumping the iron and eating.

My advice would to be, run something you're used to... (I mean, I'd honestly suggest doing it naturally for a while.)

Save the Tren for when you're back in beast mode.

I actually took 6 years off the gym lol.

Pumped natural for 9ish months.. ran a cycle.
Thrn 3 months after, ran a second cycle.

Back at full size.

The cycles were light and easy, nothing crazy.

The before and after pics for a year and a bit ago VS now, are fucking insane.

Thank you for the advice you're you're definitely probably right it's just you know that horrible feeling you get when you look in the mirror and you know what you used to be you just want to get back there as soon as possible Balancing Act between what I should do and what I want to do

That would be a good start at that dose but like silent lemon said going from nothing to hitting the weights will Shock your body good into changes. Throwing this cycle in would be like hitting the nitrous in first gear. Buttt I know you won’t listen because it’s summer and want to get as jacked as possible as fast as possible I know I’ve been there

Well I'm compromising my head and I'm thinking maybe just run a test e-cycle like 12 weeks and see where I'm at probably better than jumping right into the tren but it's very tempting. Your spot on lol

Haha yea man I can’t talk shit to you I’ve done way worse where I’ve been in situations where I couldn’t lift for some time or a bad drug run where I lost a lot and summer was coming and hopped on grams of all types of shit and I’ll tell you it worked but just giving you the better advice for the long term game

The muscle remembers for sure.
I threw on solid weight naturally like crazy before hopping back on cycle.
Kept it reasonable and under a gram for both.

Now I feel great, healthy... Injuries are healed.. and I'm back at size.
Just a bit of extra fat on my frame... but good diet for the next few months on Cruise... should be gtg

I have to agree muscle memory is pretty f****** cool. LOL thanks for the advice guys I guess we just have to wait and see what the first of the month brings but probably going to do the tren LOL
 
I'd have to agree with these guys...
Go back and hit it here for eight weeks. Concentrate on diet and macros and what you need in order to continue to grow. Somewhere about 300-400 calories of a surplus with the right macros. Get that down spot on and focus on that.
Then, I'd consider what your next thought was. Test only for a while. Put on some more weight.
Finally, when you're in fifth gear, so to say, throw that tren in and begin to lean out.
You'll get the most out of things this way and it will also be the safest way, letting your body adjust to the additional weight and hormones coming into play.
Tren can be thrown in the tail end of a cycle for four to six weeks to lean out and complete a cycle so you can actually do both of your ideas in a way.

^^^^ If you want to run a cycle, this is a good compromise for you under your current circumstances.

His analogy is spot on. You wouldn’t get much out of the Tren other than a lot of smoke and spinning wheels. There’s a lot of misinformation and broscience on the interwebzzz about Tren. It’s not a magic recipe. If you want to add size, it’s nearly impossible unless you really have your diet and training dialed in. You’re not back to where you use to be yet. It’s like using a jackhammer in the dentist office to drill a cavity. Just the wrong tool right now.

Do a simple test cycle. Enjoy it. Have fun. Get back to where you need to be and THEN think about Tren. I, or these other guys, would be glad to help you with a Tren cycle then.

Thankyou. Sounds like solid advice I think I'll stay off the train for now and like I was saying before I'm thinking about doing 12-week cycle of just test e.
