Fish oil vs Krill oil vs Algae Omega 3?

I wanna start taking high doses of Omega3s for the anti-inflammatory benefits as well as the heart, liver and brain protection. Looking to get 3grams of EPA and 1gram of DHA per day split into 3 doses. Maybe I'll try to go even higher if I feel good on that.
I already take a fish oil supplementa but it's a lower dose. I usually take 2000-3000mg per day of fish oil, which provides about 400-500mg EPA and 300-400mg DHA. I'll gradually increase the dosages until the 3g EPA and 1g DHA (I'll get another brand, otherwise the EPA/DHA ration won't be what I want).
Tho I was wondering what kind of Omega 3 supplement would be best?
I know fish oil can sometimes contain heavy meatals and/or oxidize. I don't know much about Krill oil and Algae Omega 3s.
Any suggestions on which one would be best? Is a good quality (heavy metal tested, non oxidized) fish oil enough or should I consider the other 2?
Any specific brads you would reccomend?
Thanks

Look up the DHA content per pill (worry about the ratios later or not at all)

Algae oil is typically the highest and has good bioavailability

Krill is a little lower but has better bioavailability

So either of those, and brands: Nordic Naturals, Garden of Life, Kori

The least expensive is fish oil, any of the above brands or WHC Uno

I use fish oil from Sams and had my cholesterol drop dramatically. I think if you get a decent quality with a good ratio, they'll all work well. Just an opinion.
