Flaccid small & Extremely soft

Im 25 years old and had a experience with a female at the end of May I couldn't get a
erection without constant stimulation, and it was not full as it should be. I figured it was performance anxiety since I didn't have sex in a few
years just masturbation. so I figured I would be alright when I got home ,
its been about month and a half and I haven't been able to get my hard erection as before
just weak erections & no more morning wood . I dont know if its a chemical
imbalance or what

2 months later
my penis is smaller than it normally is in flaccid state, its numb like the sensitivity isnt there, and when it seems to get to the normal flaccid size it feels extremely soft and rubbery also lightweight not as heavy as it should be. my sexdrive seems to come and go day by day but nothing like it used to be. this is driving me crazy, I have a urology / bloodwork coming up this tues hope I get to the bottom of this.

I know propecia users that have experience this but I never took any hair loss pills or etc. can this be due to sexual exhaustion. only supplements i took prior to this were fish oil and acai berry thats it.

is it possible to just have your hormones go off balance when you reach a certain age this young.

25 is young, but mine started at 30.I however am no expert and just a patient but LABS are going to be needed..

Well your in the right place for discussions on your topic. Their are DR's on here that will be able to help you out even more when your Labs come in. Their is even guys that are not Drs that are so knowledgable on Hormones it's amazing. Lots of pages of info written by pro's that you can read for day's. Hope you have luck in the future ,but first and for-most you lab's are crucial in starting to de-bug the problem;s.
Im sure people will begin to de-bunk,or mabey make fun right away. Just keep pluggin forward!

If testosterone and estrogen levels come back normal in your bloodwork but your dihydrotestosterone (DHT) levels were NOT analyzed, then request to have DHT levels evaluated, Sir.

One possibility is impaired NO2 production, which could explain the smaller size in a flaccid state, as well as difficulty maintaining a strong erection.

Here's a relatively inexpensive suggestion that may help:
First, purchase either a decent NO2 product or an arginine ethyl ester product. Secondly, purchase some pomegranate extract. Take the two together in the morning and in the evening on an empty stomach (wait at least 20 minutes before you eat anything). If it is an NO2 production problem, you will start having a return of morning wood and a fuller member after two or three days at the latest.

I realize this may sound simplistic, but this will at best help you, or at worse, eliminate a potential cause of your problem. Honestly, a condition like yours - as well as a condition like high blood pressure - may be the most legitimate reasons for using arginine-based/NO2 products.

what where your symptoms or did you even have sexual problems when your hormones went wack

hey man ,sorry took so long. Well the symptoms were evident when my libido fell off. There was no reason in the home that I could pin it on, My wife and I werew 2-3 times a day if we could,so it wasnt my wife. Then the fatigue, and a couple years of that we finally said enoughs enough.

My situation may be diffferent , but after testing it was found Test levels were at the lowest of lows, Now I am however comming off a back injury from years past and back in the gym,so I am going to try and get as educated as possible, and live forum like this with some of the people on here that will help us get informed is great !

Its probably stress related.

Get some cialis for a bit, to get your confidence up

Have you used AAS before ? if you did what did you use for PCT ?

The reason I ask if because HCG may not help your penis directly but it will definitely get your testicles back in shape and size and make then hard. This in turn may get your natural test back in production and that will help with the erections. Message me if you have more questions.

Also, it is very common that once you reach 25 years in male that there will be a significant decrease in T levels, hence balding, fatigue, joint pain etc. It is all part of getting old. BUT, that doesn't mean you should not get yourself checked out.

Do not take Cialis, no offense to anyone. You are too young and you should be able to get things up and running with out ED medication.

29, 30 next month and suffered problems since coming off steroids. I have elevated levels of both progesterone and estrogen. I've recently knocked my progesterone down from 12.0 to 3.2. The range for women is 0.7 - 4.3. My estrogen level is 1927 and the range is 44 - 156. My doc has now referred me to an endo to find out what is causing the elevation of these female hormones in my body. They're overpowering my Testosterone.

Sade,

I would suggest talking to the endo about a clomid nolvadex combination to help lowers your estrogen levels. This has been successful for a lot of people I know. I believe the dosing is 20 mg Nolva every day for 45 days taken with 50mg Clomid twice daily. Keep us posted brother.

And how would these two drugs lower estrogen in the body since their mechanism of action (MOA) is being a SERM?

Clomid and Nolvadex are both anti-estrogens belonging to the same group of triphenylethylene compounds. They are structurally related and specifically classified as selective estrogen receptor modulators (SERMs) with mixed agonistic and antagonistic properties. This means that in certain tissues they can block the effects of estrogen, by altering the binding capacity of the receptor, while in others they can act as actual estrogens, activating the receptor. In men, both of these drugs act as anti-estrogens in their capacity to oppose the negative feedback of estrogens on the hypothalamus and stimulate the heightened release of GnRH (Gonadotropin Releasing Hormone). lh - leutenizing hormone - output by the pituitary will be increased as a result, which in turn can increase the level of testosterone by the testes

Ur point being? How do they LOWER estrogen in the body, Sir? I will answer that for you in being that they do NOT b/c BOTH Clomid & Nolvadex have been shown to raise testosterone which would cause an increase in estrogen via aromatization. Stating that they r SERMs meaning they act upon the estrogen receptor (ER) in tissues by acting as an agonist in some tissues while in others acting as an agonist has nothing to do with the actual amount of estrogen in the body. If you want to understand this in more detail I will be more than happy to explain this to u, Sir.

I notice since I been having this problem my body odor is gone , is that due to the testicular axis not functioning proper or something.

I still waiting for my results of bloodwork ,

LoL. Are you serious ?? Estrogen levels are actually at their highest levels straight after finishing an anabolic steroid cycle. The body closes down the endogenous production of testosterone and this is due to the huge amounts of exogenous testosterone that are being injected. Hence the PCT. You use Nolvadex and Clomid after steroid cycles as part of PCT which comprises of an excess of compounds to trigger the body's natural capacity in producing testosterone and to reduce the amount of circulating estrogen which reaches very high levels after having finished an anabolic steroid cycle that has forced natural testosterone to such low levels that they just can't compete with feedback mechanisms.

The body is able to deal with this excess of testosterone by increasing the estrogen level causing homeostasis. Once the high level of testosterone is eliminated, it is the Nolvadex and Clomid that will deal with the excess of estrogen.

This post has nothing to do regarding your previous statements of how Clomid & Nolvadex lower estrogen in the body. If you want to lower estrogen in the body, you use aromatase inhibitors, not SERMs. This is common knowledge.
