Floaters and other irregular things. What's abnormal? What's tolerable?

Can we get a consensus on what is ok?

First picture has "ghostlike" substances floating in the vial. The next picture shows some things floating (which did not dissolve with heat).

How should someone approach a situation where they receive gear that looks like the examples here?

What is OK is a matter of ones comfort zone.
Floaters and other irregular things are abnormal in my world.
It it was home brew and i knew what went in it i would refilter.
If i got it elsewhere i would see about getting my money back and going elsewhere.
