So, it had been a few years since I'd been in the gym and one of the costs of running two businesses was 50 pounds of unwanted weight over the last two years.
I spent a couple months acclimating myself and my body to the gym and decided to try AAS to improve my strength and reduce my bodyfat. Not sure if my idea was conventional or would have been recommended but I've never used anything and at 51 years old I figured I'd take the risk for the extra assistance.
Some starting stats:
Height 6'2"
Weight 274
Age 51
Bench 205 X 5 (Didn't do any max while getting back into the swing)
Squat 225 X 5
DL 255 X 5
I did Test E for 10 weeks with a not very complicated diet. I ate when I was hungry or every 3 hours, whichever came first. I stayed high protein and very moderate carbs, mostly rice. I never measured anything or did any math.
Ending stats:
Weight 255
Bench 285 or 225 X 10
Squat 335
DL 365
After PCT and a couple month off, I am now doing 400mg Tren and 200 mg Test P EOD for 8 weeks and where this log should really begin. Diet is about the same.
Starting Weight 255
Week One in the books, not any real significant change but feel some lost strength returning and muscles feel a little harder. Couldn't sleep since day 1 and just started random bouts of Tren cough and sweat like a pig now. Cardio is starting to tank at my wife's disappointment.
Weight 255, recomp benefits more than cutting.
