Forearm pain

Wondering if anyone has any suggestions for my outside forearm pain. Looking at a forearm muscle diagram the pain is in 3 places. The extensor carpi ulanris, extensor digitorum and extensor carpi radials longus.

I started getting bad forearm pain during and after lifting. I had to stop mid workout a couple times because it throbbed and cramped so bad. My massage therapist told me it was coming from my bicep, but that didnt seem right to me because massaging or using the tens unit on the forearm eased the pain and doing those things on the bicep didnt help at all. I also tried sleeping in an arm sling as per massage chics recommendation. She said it was the bicep and it would heal faster if I didnt sleep with the muscle extended. That didnt work either.

I tried taking a week off and it did start feeling better, but then came right back after a few days lifting. Shortly after, I went on holiday for 3 weeks and just did cardio and legs hoping the break would heal it. The pain came back, but only a minor tolerable amount when I started lifting again despite lifting much lighter and being very cautious with form. I tried doing a 12 week cycle of deca hoping that might help and I think it helped a little, but didnt heal it. The pain comes on very minor now when I am lifting, but the rest of the day it starts to cramp up and spasm pretty bad doing normal things like typing or eating.

I weight 210lbs and I am pretty lean. My abs are visible. I bench about 75% more than body weight. I am 39 years old, on TRT and have done several cycles in the past. Am I just getting to old to lift heavy? Have I fucked myself up permanently? Any suggestions on what might help fix this? I will try almost anything.

do you type for work? It may not have anything to do with the gym, I know people who type a lot and have issues like this

Thats a good point I have looked into the standup desk, but never pulled the trigger. I got a good chair and I make sure my posture is good. It took me a long time to get out of the slouching habit. I read a lot about proper posture and arms, to keyboard, eyes to screen positioning and I follow it pretty strictly. Unfortunately youre right, I cant quit my job. Thanks for the input I will try the standup desk.
