Formal introduction

Hey guys...

Just want to introduce myself and give a little history regarding stats, training and goals for the future.

Long time reader of this and other forums and I hope to render whatever advice or "lessons learned" I can offer.

I'm 30 years old. Played college football and started training seriously (powerlifting) after graduation - about 8 years of training and dieting for a purpose.

I am 6'-2" and walk around at 248-250. Been as heavy as 275 and light as 220lbs. Definitely not a bodybuilder but I do like to keep BF in check. Not the strongest guy - damn sure not the weakest. Anything I've accomplished has been through hardwork. not a genetic lotto winner, but athletic and hard headed.

All AAS use has been from a "less is more" standpoint. I have been "off" way more than "on" regarding the past 8 years. All competing has been done without drugs for no other reason than timing.

I'm simply wanting to continue educating myself through actual experience (from you guys) by joining the forums.
