Alright, so this log is long overdue but I feel like now is the time. I've been using AAS for around two years now, and I've made some pretty solid progress from my initial starting point, which was essentially nothing. Skin and bones. 6ft tall, 120lbs of emaciated, drug abused, walking corpse. I had worked out most of my life, but drugs completely took over and I was reduced to nothing. I decided to get my life back, late November of 2014. I started eating, did a test cycle, put some weight back on, PCT. Then prop and tren, good gains, PCT. Then a big cycle, lots of test, tren, orals, TNE, etc. Since then I've decided to cruise. I've had my set backs along the way, and had a relapse a few months ago, and am still currently on suboxone, but that's not the point of my thread. I lost a little weight from the relapse but I'm going to get every fucking bit back and then some. It's time to get fucking huge, shredded, veiny, and strong enough to rip your house off its fucking foundation. My goal is an overall bulk, while maining my lean/hard, and vascular look.
Most things in this cycle are subject to change. I may drop compounds, add compounds, switch dosages, etc. But I will attempt to log all of this information.
The cycle:
Testosterone 750mg/wk
tren acetate 75-100mg ED
primo acetate 50mg ED (subject to change)
EQ 800-1000mg/wk
Dianabol 40-60mg ED (kickstart)
anavar 60-80mg ED (tail end of cycle)
Winstrol 60-80mg ED (also toward the end)
(The testosterone is SP Labs from anabolic energy, the EQ and tren ace are Radjay Pharma from anabolic energy, the primo ace is some old 24k pharma, dbol and winstrol are LA pharma, and the Anavar is from pharmasource's pressed tabs line).
I plan on using TNE preworkout whenever I feel like it, which is a lot considering I love Test base. I am also considering adding HGH, and/or peptides to this cycle. Currently taking 1mg adex ED, multivitamin, fish oil, and Zantac for heartburn. The only "supplement" I use is Hydrolyzed Whey protein. May add more stuff, we'll see as things progress. I'm currently not at my best but the point of this cycle is to greatly surpass my previous best. Currently sitting right around 190lbs, 6ft tall, bodyfat percentage is roughly between 8-10%, not really sure. I train for more of a higher volume, bodybuilding style routine nowadays, but I still have love for powerlifting, and enjoy moving some heavy weights. I'm keeping my Food intake right around 4000 calories daily, with roughly 300g of protein. Meat and potatoes kinda guy. Usually 3-4 meals a day consisting of either chicken or beef, with
Potatoes and various other veggies, a fast digesting carb, and 2-3 protein shakes with 2 scoops of whey, whole milk, natural peanut butter, bananas, strawberries, and most of the time a big ass scoop of vanilla ice cream. I tend to eat whatever I want as long as I hit the right calories and protein I'm happy.
I plan on keeping this log very detailed with my day to day progress, training, drug regimen, etc. I will also be posting up some pictures for reference so you guys can have some idea of where I am currently. I hope you'll all follow along and keep me motivated along this journey!
