Hi all, you can read my bio in introduction section
For the moment I recovery from a knee operation on my left knee ("plica media patellaire") since 9th january 2023 but I want program my futur cycle to recover all my mass in my legs and make gain in all my body. For this moment I take 4UI per day of HGH (qingdao) at morning and after traning, trt testo C at 0.15 e3d with insulin needle and take bpc and TB500 for recovery better. For the training I already train hard and intensive but not my leg for moment I need to recover so I make long rep rang for the quads and 1min rest after every series, I train hard hamstrings and glutes BUT I can't do hiptrust right now because I can't fully bend the knee yet. I want to recover really good for my knee so I need to take the time. I see the physiotherapist one time per week now.
So when my knee will be 100% operational and I will have recovered part of the strength lost at the quad level I intend to think about starting on this protocol:
HGH 6UI - 3UI morning and 3UI after training.
week 1 - 6 Testo C 350mg E3D intramuscular
week 1 - 6 DHB 350mg E3D intramuscular
week 6 - 14 testo C 750mg
week 6 - 14 primo E 700mg
week 6 - 12 anadrol 50mg (maybe 100mg but I dont want to loose my appetite)
Im thinking to add just a touch of tren A at 200mg/wk just for the strong and cut effect.
HCG 400UI/wk
BPC157 ED for prevent problem with tendons and others
Maybe T3/T4 if my blood test tell me I need it. (or its better for lean mass at small doses?)
I share with you pics about my last condition after 3 months to cut at 81kg - 178lbs (final result at 1600kcal per day december 2022) after a lean mass of 4-5 month at 95kg - 209lbs (max 4300kcal per day august 2022)
extra info: I running HGH since september 2022. and for me its not a BIG HUGE effet lol zero side effect that its ok but its not really the best to burn the fat...I think I need to boost my meta with foods..so I lvl up my carb for moment 280g protein, 300-400 carbohydrat and 40-45 lipids for moment. And I think we burn a lot of fat with HGH when we use T3 or T4 but if in my bloodtest I dont need I dont know if its not dangerous to my thyroid...
I take all your comments about cycle or others no problem im open to talk
