Greetings folks

I’m a 31 year old male. I grew up playing contact sports and began taking strength training seriously around age 15. Training lasted til about age 23 when I took a nose-dive into illicit party drugs. Wound up incarcerated for a year in my late 20s and started hitting the gym hard once I got out. I recently hit a point where my recovery cannot keep up with ambitions. I decided to get a comprehensive baseline blood test a couple weeks ago and started a Test E cycle last week. Also waiting on a TD of HGH.

I’m not interested in a bulky physique. I strive more for a lean, chiseled, athletic look with good stamina and flexibility. If not for myself.. for the love of the kitty

I have a lot to learn and have dabbled in a couple of other forums. I look forward to absorbing the knowledge, insight and wisdom of the members of Meso.

Welcome. Our backgrounds have some things in common, not exactly the same, but I did time for a victimless crime and came out motivated like never before to defeat the game. Props on choosing to turn your life around. Respect AAS and stay on top of all health parameters, don't abuse the drugs.

Thanks for the welcome. It’s comforting to brush shoulders with others in similar predicaments.

It felt like health and fitness were the only elements of my life I could control once I got out. It’s like I lost everything in a fire… house, vehicle, career, friends.. everything. Restarted in a new state with a decent construction job and am feeling pretty good as of late.

I started adding cardio every day and am scheduled to give blood this week. Staying on top of blood markers is my top priority.
